Hot Chimney Restaurant — Restaurant in Delhi

One of the worst food place or restaurant i had ever visit in my lyf, staff was also pathetic just lyk the food . They won't even properly serve the food (serving is so bad just lyk the food), i was forgot to click a picture so i could tell the exact way of their service. we had ordered malayi kofta which is actually sweet in taste and butter masala chicken which also not that much good as they have charged for it and one of the worst thing is, instead of the taste of food, they served the cold food after waiting an hour almost the staff was not even properly answerable to customes,.Cheap customer service ever seen in my life. No respect nor the value for customers. Don't ever try this place.NEVER...

Today I visited this place for a dinner party with my friends. The place is good if I talk about the ambience for a family restaurant but their staff is unfriendly and food is also okay. The worst thing that I found here is unfriendly nature of staff as a customer u expect lot of things while having food and services.while eating food we found a hair in our roti we immediately inform they said they will not going to count the amount money of this roti from bill and behave rudely .second thing that we ordered is chicken muglahi .After eating that we just thought to give our review that we didn't like it but instead of accepting that they start arguing with us .very bad experience don't...

We were taken by our tour guide who impressed the restaurant was good!

After taking our cramped seats whilst observing a seemingly endless stream of tourists both Indian and foreign being shuttled in and out we ordered our food.

Both curry’s were disgusting and we had to send the freezing cold veg Rice back, when it was returned fresh from the microwave but still lukewarm we called it a day

Avoid this place and if your tour guide has somewhere planned for lunch and states it’s the ( hot chimney as he receives a commission for you spending your cash in this dubious restaurant with bad food and...
