Hot stuff — Restaurant in Delhi

I have a very bad experience, i purchased thrice from here and each time there is a hair inside the food item. And when i tried to tell them they listen and asked to share the picture. When i shared the picture they kept declining my calls, when i went there the person who is standing on counter starts to argue and typical words he says is “ki , Ma’am ab kya krna h and then when i asked for refund then he says “apke hi khane m kyu niklta h?”” , instead of accepting their mistake.
