Karim's Gallery On Mg — Restaurant in Delhi

I visited 4 times in very span , It was 3rd Visit on my birthday dated 18sep 19 I approach my family to visit Ghitorni Karim, where I ordered Brain curry as usual and Nihari, Food was not cooked well. Gravy was neither tasty but seems watery also, Nihari was not as I had earlier and I lost my celebration feel. I complain about the food to the waiter but reply was not satisfactory at all.

On 22nd Sep, Again I did a blunder I convince my family to visit Karims. where food was better comparable to earlier, but I request waiter to remove service charges@10% on base value, after revising the invoice Waiter sudden change his behaviour and didn't present himself. We said to another waiter to call him but he denied and we gave the Tip to door waiter.

Suggestion : Review behaviour of your waiters and train them properly to maintain fine dining. Restaurant has all the facilities but its only resources that can make it better. so please train them so that family/couples and individual come again..

Don't know what type of attitude he is carrying, Hope we will not meet again.....

Okay food with High prices+10% service chgs if you want waiter to listen you........

Absolutely loved the food here!! So it’s a must visit for all the people who love non vegetarian food and are visiting Delhi. I was running short on time n the original Karim’s at Jama Masjid was out of reach so visited this one instead n the food was just wow. Was my second visit n my friends first n she just couldn’t get enough of the food. We ordered chicken tikka which we absolutely loved, mutton seekh kabab which was so good that I had it when I don’t eat mutton lol, chicken biryani which was just average(as am from Hyd so don’t really find biryani from other states to my taste), the fresh lime water had taste of onion as they might have used the same knife to cut the lemons and onions. We also had we mutton Shammi kabab n chicken sheekh kabab packed. Loved their chicken tikka, it has a nice Smokey flavour to it. Found it to be slightly over priced though. P.S I had them remove the service charge which was around ₹400. The bill was around ₹4000 after deducting the service charge. One can always get the service charge deducted from the bill if you don’t...

Had visited this restaurant on 16th June which was Fathers Day. It was a sudden plan and a surprise to the 2 men who accompanied me and very fond of Mughlai food. We ordered mutton seekh kabab, mutton stew, khameeri roti, sheermal and phirni. The food was excellent specially the mutton stew. There was no overflowing oil in the stew and the taste was awesome. The phirni could have been better as it was very dry, maybe not fresh. We had also ordered some beverages which they forgot to bring so we had to cancel the order. Overall ambience of the restaurant was very nice. It is spacious and the large glass frontal of the restaurant makes it look very lively and open. This is the best karim's restaurant I have visited. The only drawback was their poor service. I wish the staff was more efficient in bringing the food and...
