King Casanova Lounge — Restaurant in Delhi

They lack facilities with respect to servicing and money policies. They lack management and are least accountable for their work. They do not have proper guidelines for money transactions, for instance they did not informed us about their unacceptable criteria for debit and credit card. They demanded transaction via upi & cash. We had to arrange this as they are not flexible enough to wait for a day. They scream GREEDY nature. Also, washroom, the most basic facilities for human existence is worst here. And their AUDACITY to ask for more money? 600 more for what? The hideous decorations? THE OWNER TO GET HIS MONEY DID NOT JAMMED ANY MUSIC!!!! The music was continued when he got his money. We were admist of party. And this made us question the basic etiquette. I am speechless.They will initially make you belive that they are going to do your best for your function to make it memorable. It was nightimare - decoration were not up to the mark but thank god photoshoping exist. They were not hostile enough even to set the chairs straight and serve hot food, it was like i was the manager getting the work done. This was the worst experience ever. If I would have a choice I would not have given a single star to this place. Before booking words of owner:-” everything will be done according to your choice”. During function:- improper management. Tables were not in good condition and they were not having table cloth to cover it. NO HYGIENE even washroom lock was not working flush was not working light was not there in the washroom and after all this the owner was saying we cannot do anything you have to manage. The speakers of the venue were not working properly. The voice was breaking in high volume. The owner told the waiters will serve the food to the guest but no such facilities were provided and there was no system of reheating the food. This review is not based on our experience of cuisine we had with King Casanova, however I'm sharing my review based on the information and communication gap from the owner's behalf,first of all the contact number on Google isn't responding, however after lots of browsing u get a number of Mr Ritesh Rai,and he gives no information regarding wherever there will be a private party going on or not.
