Great for Dine-in, but Not for Ordering

I have mixed feelings about this particular Pizza Hut outlet. While the dine-in experience has been pleasant, my experience with ordering from here has been extremely disappointing.

There have been two instances where I ordered pizza from this outlet, and both times, the quality was severely lacking. The pizzas were half-cooked, which not only affected the taste but also made them quite unpleasant to eat. The second time was even worse, as it caused stomach pain afterward. This raises serious concerns about the hygiene and preparation standards when it comes to delivery orders.

On the other hand, my dine-in experiences have been much better. I visited this outlet twice for dining in, and both times, the pizzas were served fresh and hot, just as expected. The staff was courteous, and the overall ambiance of the place added to the positive experience. If you are someone who enjoys a good pizza straight out of the oven, this place is worth considering for dine-in.

However, based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise against ordering from here. The quality control for takeout and delivery seems inconsistent, which can lead to a disappointing or even unhealthy experience.

Ordered pizza, classic breadsticks, and cheesy fries — but this store seems to be boosting profits by cutting out all the ingredients people actually like. • The pizza had zero pizza sauce, making it completely dry. • The breadsticks had neither butter nor garlic powder, tasting like plain dry bread. • The “cheesy” fries had no cheese at all, just oily potato slices that felt like they’d been sitting in cold oil overnight.

I am a big fan of pizza hut and this branch of pizza hut is one of the best as they provide more fresh quality than other pizza huts. I used to eat pizza from the cannaught place pizza hut but from the past two months I have had a great experience with the mayur vihar branch. Believe me guys, they provide quality food and I am not degrading other branches of pizza hut but for me this branch is second best and the first one is on yamuna expressway and they both serve good...
