La cielo cafe — Restaurant in Delhi

The place has locational advantage but we were the only second customers on a Sunday evening which speaks a lot about the bad service and below average good which we were about to experience. We ordered simple items...veg noodles, chilli पनीर with gravy, butter chicken and butter naan. After a good 25-30 minutes the first Dish that came was chilli paneer and it tasted as made of stale paneer. After another 15 minutes the supposed veg noodles arrived. Just one bite of noodles was enough to decide that they were half cooked. And still there was no sight of chicken and naan. We have had enough and when we asked about this kind of service and food there was no proper response. We had to just leave the paneer and noodles on table and told them that we don't want any thing further. The people on other side of the counter were just casual about our feedback. Funny thing the waiter said that since you ordered butter chicken, we'll get fresh chicken and then prepare the dish and this same logic was also given by the people across the counter. It's a shame that they charged us for such a sub-par food and disgusting service where a customer leaves a restaurant because of bad food and service. Still without any argument we paid the bill. They had the audacity to say to us to visit again. I would never tell anyone to go there. Super bad experience. Even if they had spent 1/4th on food and service of what they has spent on the ambience, things would have been far far better. Total mood spoiler and wastage of time and money. NO ONE...

Happen to go there with friends for dinner . The outside sitting arrangement is not at all worth sitting as the chairs were without cushion covers and the seats were torn . So Decided to sit inside . The interior decor is good. We ordered French fries , Chilly paneer dry, Pub style veggies( which were actually sauteed veggies ) ,Fresh Farm pizza and Garlic Chicken tikka , Cafe special Stuffed Naan and mint Mohito. Must give credit to the chef . Every dish took time but awesome taste with freshness to it . We all enjoyed the food thoroughly. Worth every penny we spent .The Naan was awesome ,crispy and yummy .Thin crust pizza with a good amount of yummy cheese . Chicken Tikka was full of flavours .The staff is very courteous but still need some training . Overall a good experience But would request the owner to take care of the ambience .It can actually become a cool hang out place If infrastructure and promotion is being taken care of . Couldn't take pics of all dishes but portion is good except...

I recently celebrated my son's first birthday with family and friends at your cafe, and I wanted to share my experience with you.

Overall, it was a wonderful event, and we all had an amazing time. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it the ideal setting for such a special occasion. The decorations and lighting were thoughtfully arranged, creating a beautiful and inviting ambiance that our guests truly enjoyed.

The food was delicious, and many of our guests commented on how tasty everything was. Additionally, the service was excellent, with the staff being very cooperative and polite. They made sure all our guests were comfortable and well taken care of, which made the event even more enjoyable.
