LaLa's Tandoor — Restaurant in Delhi

I ordered food from this kitchen on 17/04/2019 and it was a disaster. The food I ordered was one and half plate briyani but I received two different Briyani - picture attached. They just want to clean their kitchen and send you what ever left over they have. What a poor experience. And then zomato chat support was hell slow and lazy, they never replied to my last night message. The best part was it made us wait for around 2 hours before the food gets delivered and then the food was dead cold. I received the food late, that's fine, I received the two different food items, it was still fine, but the food was cold- why on earth you will send me food which was packed hours back with water drop lets all over lid from inside.

Date 04/06/2019, I gave them one more chance but they miserably failed again. Ordered 3 full Briyani and received 2 and half Briyani, called them and enquires about it but they again refused to listen. Even I watsapped them photo of the order they sent me. The insane part is the chicken was not even properly cooked, it was sticky and maybe was not washed properly, and worst service one can imagine. Third photo for reference. They don’t care...

Gave my order at 11:35 and it was showing i will get my order in 40mins... This place uses their own person for delivery so at 11 they put the rider is on the way... After 20mins past 11 i call them and they say hes already on his way and left 15mins back... My place is just 10mins away... So we called the rider and he said at 11:35 that hes still at the restraunt and will leave then... Had a word with owner and he doesnt give a f * about if food is reaching on time or if its cold... It was completely cold that i did not want to have it also... The food taste is also not that great and i would not recommend anyone to order from here... If you do be ready to wait for cold food... It shows their rating 3.9 which i think they have bought from. Zomato because it doesnt feel like 1 also... Really bad...

Just ate them all after taking my food at home. All of their breads were well cooked and soft , but the butter chicken was a bit sweet those who love spicy may not like that although i like it because i donot eat spicy food and the chicken tikka portion was also soft and that tandoori smell was really nice. Only thing was lacking was there packaging which i think they should improve.also they were following all the safety measures...
