I order regularly from Punjabi Rasoi. Today also I ordered dinner from Punjabi Rasoi. The main course Dum Aloo had so much salt that we could not eat it. When i called the restaurant to complain, the manager was not ready to even accept, leave alone do something to rectify it. I suggested him to take the sabzi back and send some other sabzi. And he was so rude and said 'aapko koi aur sabzi khani hai toh aisa bolo'. I was shocked to hear that someone could speak like that to a regular and loyal customer. Anyways i wont ever order again from here. Not only due to excess salt, but also because of their rude and disrespectful behaviour. I had a truly disappointing experience at Punjabi Rasoi today. The dishes were far from what I expected. The Dal Tadka lacked salt and was oddly bland, completely missing the mark on spice. The Paneer Butter Masala was another letdown, being overly sweet when it should have had a good balance of spice. To top it off, the roti was served with black spots, looking quite untidy.
