Hey guys at Cake hubs.

I bought cream rolls yesterday that were worse than anything I have ever eaten. The pastry was stale like it was made a week ago. The chocolate cream rolls had choco chip whipped cream inside... Yuck... Who the hell does that?

And most of all the cream rolls were covered in the most disgusting chocolate sauce I have ever tasted, when in fact it should have been covered in tempered chocolate.

Please do google how these things are made before you get your cooks to make them..

Oh my god. The saddest I've ever felt on spending my money on something sweet.

My brother wanted a Harry Potter kinder joy, and the owner refused to give it to me. He asked me to purchase something from his shop first, and then only he'll allow me to purchase the Harry Potter kinder joy. This is not an acceptable behavior. Just because the product is high in demand, that doesn't mean you have to do black marketing. I felt bad. I have purchased a few cakes from them and I don't doubt about their taste but this experience will make me think twice before entering...

Worst cake I have ever eaten. I had purchased a cake which came out to be stale and dry. When we took the cake to them they behaved as if we are making false allegations on them. We asked them to taste but they said it is perfectly fine and started arguing with us. The whole team is very discourteous . Instead of accepting their mistake they starting fighting with us.
