Mughal Restaurant — Restaurant in Delhi

We have been ordering food from this restaurant for almost 14+yrs now & we would love to share our thoughts, hope that might help plenty of us..!! Well the food is perfect & delicious, other then father/son owner attitude, which is something I can't digest after 14yrs, their smiles are lost, which use to be additional facts to pull me here.... Also, big difference I realised at their restaurant, vehicle people are their first priority.... At counter you are asked to pay in advance for the orders, but for the people sitting in their luxurious AC vehicles are eligible to make payments lately.... Whyyyy..... Clearly tip & business could be reason..... Of that's so...According to me humanity comes first.... Grow business with blessings & luck instead of...

It,,s between kind of dhaba and restaurant, no space for sitting, here people come for drinking in car( car me bar ) scenario that,s the case and food i ordered panneer tikka there were only four pieces of paneer tikka rest plate full of onions ..

Waiters all over the road to guide the vehicle where to park and have a drink.

Not at all recommended for family even orders via Swiggy and zomato etc..or direct calls

If you want space where you can drink in the car then it,s fine but quantity is less and quality of food is okay . however I am not...

I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre and the service is sleepy! We ordered paneer tikka and soya chaap(both were fine) but the main course was terrible. Dal makhni was bland, Tawa Paneer and Tawa Chicken were too salty and on top of that getting tissue paper was a task. We somehow ate Tawa paneer and tawa chicken and as we had only tasted the Dal, the owner was polite enough to refund it. It was a busy Friday night I get it, but this is the worst service I have ever experienced. PLEASE GO...
