Pigmento india — Restaurant in Delhi

Staff & the owner is really very arrogant, do not have all the materials available. Pretends as if we are getting things for free, if you ask one question about the product. The staff owner was yelling at the maid when we entered the place, he was misbehaving with her also. I would not recommend coming here. My whole bill was above 5.5k. We jusk asked to replace an item since the mold was not in shape & later this would have resulted in imperfections in whatever I would have baked. :( he told us ki hum velle thodi bethe hai jo ek peice badal krde yhi krte rhe and his cutter was out of shape and defective & since I am paying the whole money as a customer I asked really politely that if he could give me some other cutter since it’s defective to which he started saying all of that.

Zero stars for such an arrogant owner, no one...

there are 2 pigmento shop, i am talking about the one where an old man sits with his grandson or son. who judges and then talk to you the way he wants. atleast he should know how to deal with clients. i know more shops in delhi but this was the nearest so i had to rush, very rude behaviour, doesn't let you choose anything with your own time. i respect every individual but today it was really a bad experience for me because the way he said while i asked for another cake card "aap andar jao khud dekh lo itna time nhi hota hamare paas" what does it mean? was it because I was not from North India? and you deal with every other clients but not from the noth east. remember one thing we exist...

Wish I cloud gave a ZERO star to this place! Owner is very very rude. Doesn’t know how to even behave and lies also on face. I went to their place for some exchange of cake boxes. They hesitated initially but agreed to change for my required size. I also bought more stuff. At the time of billing they had added extra amount because of their wrong calculation. It took me a good 10mins to convince them that your calculation is wrong. And finally at the time of payment I asked him for wallet payment. They ask to pay in cash saying we don’t have paytm. Which they actually have! The way the person on the counter was dealing customers it’s disgusting. Would never suggest anyone to...
