In the past, I have ordered customized cakes from various bakeries, but I don’t think I have ever had such a disappointing experience.

After seeing your work on Instagram and the designs you showcase, I decided to place my trust in you for this special occasion. Unfortunately, the cake we received was not even fit to be eaten. The black cream had such an excessive amount of food coloring that it stained our hands and teeth badly. Because of this, no one was willing to touch the cake, and it went to waste.

I had spent a significant amount on this cake with high expectations, but instead, it not only ruined the celebration but also left us deeply disappointed. A cake is meant to create joy and add to the memory of an occasion, but sadly, this one did the opposite.
