NICK OF TIME — Restaurant in Delhi

My experience was awesome. I paid twice by mistake through payment gateway, each time Rs 400 for Shea based cream for foot cracks. Inspite of Delhi state lock down I got a call that my orders received and dispatch would resume after lock down. l made request for refund of one payment. Our chat was thro whatsapp and every time they responded promptly. Now the Delhi is open, they promptly dispatched yesterday one unit ( sent me a transfer voucher of courier) and today refunded Rs. 400.00. Only today I learn that the person coordinated and executed my order is one Miss. Sandhya. Her focus was absolutely customer centric and polite. I shall thank her once I get item delivered to my chennai residence. I shall seek their services for my future...
