Premsay Bakehouse - Bakery, Fast food & Gift Hampers — Restaurant in Delhi

Ordered 500gms pineapple cake... first called them to order because my instructions were very specific ,they told me to order via swiggy .. which I did .. n again i called them back to coordinate n inform that I have placed my order n specific instructions to be followed.... i wrote on swiggy as well .. called there to remind them again ... " My instructions were that I dont want frosting /creme on my cake on sides.. .. only a very little cream inside and on top ... ..". I know it's a cake but it's how I want it.. n I dont see the owner being incapacitated to follow these instructions... specially if he has been told n reminded so many times.... n also that they were special instructions written with swiggy ... offcourse they dint readthdm ... We just couldnt eat the cake no matter how tasty it was .. it all was wasted thanks to you .. birthday celebrations were ruined.. Ps... it has happend like 3rd time .. first two time I was considering to be polite n nice amd somehow trusted that it was genuinely a fault but now i know it was their decision to ignore. . . I have posted a pic too showing amount of creame u have used if at all u say u have followed instructions so leave to ur own judgement.. this was my last order from here... n also that I was a regular customer since 29 years which they have lost today .... If someone is reading it kindly see the pic N I hope that u improve.. change with time .. with needs of people .. it will help ur business .in mean time u are losing ur customers Dissapointed...

No words for them , they are totally unprofessional i booked 2 cakes for celebration of my son Bday, a 3 kg for family party & 1 kg for kids party next day and i called them after reaching restaurant asking them where is cake and i was shocked to know that they forget to make my order for which i already paid a advance of 1000/- and then he take 2 hr to deliver the cake which was very bad in taste as well as very poor in looks compare to which i promised but that time i don’t have choice and in the afternoon i called the premsay Bakers and told them to cancel my next day order if you serve like this but Mr Chaman assured me nothing will happen in next order and you will get very good quality cake but nothing goes right as we are waiting for cake to come and its taking very long time and when it comes i disappointed again as it was totally in melting state and not in proper shape which was promised and came to know that previous delivery boy mis handled the cake and cake falls so they tried to get it in shape but can’t do more on this now , it was so frustrating to get poor cake for a good party So i request everyone not to try cakes of premsay but their cookies are good in taste . DON’T RELY ON FANCY CAKES FROM PREMSAY , VERY...

This is the worst bakery, on 23 july we took three baskets, and while buying we confirmed the shelf life and manufacturing date, to which they said shelf life is 2 months and manufacturing is fresh, all the items are freshly packed. We sent two of those packagings to uttrakhand But today when our relative whom we gifted opened it, all the items were near expiry, one is expiring on 9 august, and other on 20 august

And when we went to premsay today, they are saying we don't care even if the items we are giving has only 1 week left! Even the owner is so rude, when asked to refund he said on 23 july the things were not expired so we don't care even if it is expiring within 1 week

As a customer we have already asked before buying it's manufacturing date and shelf life, and then also we are given near expiry items which is totally wrong!!

To all the customers who are visiting premsay bakery, do check the expiry of items packed in baskets!

They are just a fraud who sells near by expiry...
