Remy’s in Lodhi Colony is one of those places that Instagram food bloggers seem to rave about, but honestly, it's not worth the hype. I went in with high expectations, but left pretty underwhelmed.
We ordered coffee first, which was priced at 230 bucks. Now, for that kind of money, you expect quality beans and a decent brew, right? Unfortunately, they were using VS Mani beans, and the machine didn’t seem to have the proper bar pressure to get the most out of the coffee. It just lacked that depth and richness you’d expect for the price.
Next, we tried the Mamma Rosa pasta. It’s supposed to be this creamy blend of Alfredo and red sauce, but the sauce itself was off. It didn’t coat the pasta properly, probably because it was too thin and runny. The whole dish ended up tasting a bit off—definitely not what you’d hope for in a “creamy” pasta.
Lastly, we had the Pizza Verduri. It had a decent selection of toppings but somehow it still came out just average. Nothing about it really stood out.
Overall, it’s not worth the money. I’d definitely think twice before going back or recommending it—there are way better spots in Delhi where your cash will get you a lot more...
Read moreIt was a delightful experience! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal or a casual hangout with friends. The decor is chic and modern, with a touch of rustic charm that adds to the overall appeal.
The menu offers a great variety of options, from delicious pizzas and pastas to fresh salads and mouth-watering desserts. I particularly enjoyed the Margherita pizza, which was perfectly baked with a crispy crust and flavorful toppings. The pasta was also cooked to perfection, with a rich and creamy sauce that was simply irresistible.
The service at Remy’s Café is top-notch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations. They made sure our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable.
One of the highlights of Remy’s is its value for money. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it a great choice for anyone looking for quality food without breaking the bank.
Overall, I highly recommend Remy’s Café for its excellent food, warm ambiance, and outstanding service. It’s definitely a place I’ll be...
Read moreI have visited Remy’s x Shibuya in GK2 before and loved it: so when I came to know that they have opened their outlet nearer to me in Lodhi. I took my family there for dinner.
The restaurant kind of seems like its in their kitchen or vice versa. You really feel like you are eating at one small eatery when you can hear the plates clanking, the mixer going off literally where we were sitting, we could see him, the chefs talking to each other. Apart from that it is SUPER cramped. 4 of us had no space to put our plate + drinks + food and also sit comfortably. The staff was also seeming a bit hassled. They messed up our order twice and took toooo long!
Mind you, the prices are no less than a high-end place. So if you’re making us sit out of your cloud kitchen, consider lowering your in-house guest rates?
The food though was great. I loved all the dishes we ordered from both joints. Makes me think ordering in from here is far better than coming here. Do...
