On Friday 26 July 2024 ... I Visited This Store .. To Buy Imported Premix Coffee .. While Entering D Store On Staircase I Saw 2 Bun wrapped up in celofene paper ...kept .. I informed d staff Indeed 5 -6 people present there some food thrown on staircase ... writting this giving me goosebumps ...since I visited d shop all negative things unthought in nightmare occuring .... Indeed I bought coffee ....while leaving again I saw staff hasn't removed those wrapped food kept on staircase ... which is so visible as they are bun size 2 pieces separately wrapped ... moment I sat in car my tummy start paining ... though I never gave thought .. had work outstation so was in rush .. then another major Traumatic negative incident occur than shook me to grave .. literally me n my cousins went under Traumatic shock for 24 hrs .... literally it's like walking out of dead bed alive ...

I had 2 cups of coffee but Irish coffee dint seem d way it tasted as I bought several tyms from overseas n once from mordern bazar .....

Along Date On Expiry As Mentioned By Company Is Carefully Removed N Then Pasted Their Stamp

I'm quite baffled by my entire experience at this store, which I thought was a blessing when I first found it.

I came across it on an LBB list and was initially glad to find that they had this (relatively) rare Danish butter I was looking for.

The unsalted variant of this butter isn't widely available so I purchased all of the other ingredients for my pasta after picking up this butter from the store.

Two days later, when I unwrapped this butter to put the pasta together, I was astounded to find that: (a) the surface of the butter was entirely covered in green mould; and (b) the label with the expiry date had been removed.

I was unable to execute my pasta recipe as a result. After looking at similar reviews on Google Maps, I immediately proceeded to file a food safety complaint on the FSSAI website (even though I'm quite certain nothing will come out of it).

What was additionally astounding was the conduct of the lady at the counter after being told about this (on call). She made her expectation clear: travel from Gurgaon to the store to hand over the butter and get a refund; and a lopsided excuse about the spoilage being because of the weather.

She did refund the money to me (in cash, mind you) after I was left with no choice to visit the store several days later.

In the day and age of quick commerce, I'm surprised Delhi still puts up with such unethical, obsolete and downright...

All sorts of Imported and rare varieties of cheese found here. That's not all. If there anything which you've seen in India, which isn't available in India would be available here.( I mean in terms of legal food ).

It's a western chef's paradise !
