I would add another star if I was able to. I don't have enough words to describe the excellence I found here. Away from home is a daunting feeling for some. I was no exception till I had the pleasure to recieve the best service ever. During my 12 days stay, I never found one reason or excuse to complain. From the excellent reception crew who greet you with a sincere smile and professional eagerness. Shreya is a lady who sets the bar of professionalism, charm, humor, hospital to another level. Always ready to assist. Always there to say hello and ask after the guests. The entire reception team are a group of stars that light the way to a wonderful stay. Room service. Never have I seen such dedication to cleanliness, guest comfort and super facilities. If for any reason I would miss the usually time for room service, the crew would phone us asking when and if we would like our room refreshed! Mr Shiv is just totally amazing. Whenever I came back to my room, not only was it clean, there was always a small surprise be it flowers or towel art! An extremely polite and professional person he is. The restaurant. Here is where the magic happens. Bhumi Trivedi is nothing but excellence herself! How she manages the restaurants and lobbies, her crew, the guests is amazing. She caters for each and every individual needs that the guests may have. Her staff are an example of her leadership, ideas and values! If you wish to host any tea parties or events. She is the person to go to. The garden is a small getaway heaven. Calm and serene. Restaurant staff are one united team who believe in only giving the best and only the best. Nistha and Bharti being two excellent examples. Even though their face masks, their smiles shine through. Their detail to attention be it food being served our the guest themselves is exemplar. Food served is never the same and boring. Everyday is a new delicious delight waiting for you. Entire sections dedicated to specific world cuisines. Veg and non veg, dessert, cold salads. The variety is vast and exquisite. Expecting anything less isn't a possibility when the chef and his team are dedicated to brilliance. The head chef Mr Roshan makes it his mission to personally greet each and every guest, enquire about their opinion and taste. He gives them his time to listen to their feedback. I saw google ratings which still show as very good and booked a buffet lunch for my family. I have tried many buffet lunches in my life but this was the WORST. At 1600/- per plate, the number of items in every category was too low. Out of 4-5 options, only 1-2 were actually eatable, rest they just served to increase the number of items because they were that pathetic (boiled macroni coated with some orange mayo was one of the items). The food was tasteless and again the number of options were very very less. I mean the chef must be extremely talented to prepare a food so tasteless and pathetic. In the name of starters we were served dahi kabab (again bad tasting) and chicken tikka (the only item that was ok and not bad). A very basic starter item like paneer tikka was not there. I do not even want to start writing about desserts because it tops the list of being pathetic. We did try almost all the options in desserts and only daal halwa was edible, rest everything else was bad to an extreme level. They literally served Kheer explicitly mentioning that it was sugar free, but guess what, they literally did not even add any sugar substitute. It was just boiled rice mixed with milk, no flavour what so ever. And on top of that this boiled rice + milk was served warm, not even hot, just warm however we were expecting it to atleast be cold. We recently attended a family get-together at Infinity, Crowne Plaza, Mayur Vihar, and I must say, it was one of the most enjoyable and memorable dining experiences.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and professional hospitality. The ambience at Infinity is elegant yet welcoming, making it a perfect spot for both intimate meals and larger gatherings. The decor strikes a great balance between sophistication and comfort, setting the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable time with family.

A special mention to Mr. Mohit Bhargava and his team, who went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. Every little detail—from the seating arrangement to food service—was thoughtfully handled.

The food was an highlight. The buffet spread was diverse, fresh, and flavorful, catering to all age groups and preferences. Every dish we tried—from appetizers to desserts—was prepared with great care and tasted absolutely delicious. The chefs clearly take pride in their craft.

What stood out the most, though, was the genuine warmth of the staff and the effort they put into making sure our gathering was stress-free and thoroughly enjoyable. It felt more like being hosted than just dining out.
