Rom's pizza — Restaurant in Delhi

I ordered double topping pizzas (8 count) and received single topping pizzas, the only mistake I did was not clicking pictures of the food while my guest was eating it ( as expected by the outlet) according to them i should have clicked pictures regardless I have guests at home and the food was served (another level embarrassment), I tried reaching out to the outlet and they didn't pick up my phone, the next day when I was able to get in touch with the store staff, all they have to say is it's not their fault and I should have clicked pictures of the food first and they can't do anything about this as they require proof ( can take proof themselves by checking the kitchen camera recording). In addition to this they claim that I paid magicpin (as I ordered from there) and hence can't complain to the store for the mistakes they did. This outlet does not even accept magic pic 'pay your Bill's service. Pathetic experience and not to forget that the food was also not like...
