Qotel Signature Coleman Janakpuri — Hotel in Janakpuri

I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Cullinan by Qotel – A block, Janak Puri for 2 nights (February 17 & 18, 2025). I had never stayed at this hotel or at any hotel of this hotel chain. As this hotel was a bit closer to where I wanted to visit, I had opted for this hotel. I had done the reservation through booking.com.

It was a horrible experience staying at this hotel. Highly-overpriced. Very bad customer service.

Hotel has boiling water coming in bathrooms for 24 hours. I could not even take shower for 2 days, as the boiling water would have burnt my skin. When I asked the hotel staff, their reply was that it was due to the ‘boiler system’ that the hotel has.

During the second night of my stay, all the rooms adjacent to my room were rented to anti-social, criminal type of people, who kept their room doors open, with loud music playing. Each room was rented to 8-10 people. When I looked outside my room door, there was heavy smoke coming out of those rooms. Possibly those people were doing drugs. I complained about this ruckus to the general manager on duty. His reply was that they are also hotel guests and we cannot do anything.

This sort of hotel chain should be shut down by Delhi police / Delhi government, where anti-social tend to come and stay. My whole trip to India was ruined because of this really bad...

I went 2 times with my family . 1st time they didn’t inform about bfast is included . 2nd time they told us n informed us bfast is only for 2 people per room . Room beds are single bed not double bed and beds are small it’s waste paying 4000rs for that room. Service wise they are not great I didn’t like the Breakfast system . No matter how many members you accompany they give free breakfast for only 2 people for rest members it’s paid Wao . Someone taking room for 4000rs and they will not even bother to serve free breakfast for rest of family members . I went with my parents and brother . My parents didn’t eat food only me n my bro we had bfast . 2 poori sath sabji nhi khila skte tum log baat service ki krte ho ? I will never recommend anyone staying here as I felt insult for my parents obviously parents will force kids to have bfast they will not go leaving us behind in room . I felt very awkward having bfast at that place . SERVICE Wise Big Zero . Will never ever...

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend

My experience at this hotel was pathetic. The information shown on the app was completely misleading — there was no seating area, no ironing board, and no bubble bath as mentioned. The room was basic, unhygienic, and poorly maintained.

The washroom was in terrible condition, with water spread all over the floor and very poor cleanliness. The kettle for hot water and tea wasn’t working either. On top of that, there was constant noise from outside the room the entire night, making it impossible to rest.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. Even after several complaints, they did nothing to resolve the issues and instead asked me to contact MakeMyTrip since the booking was made through them.

Overall, the service, cleanliness, and facilities were far below expectations. Definitely not worth the money. Would strongly advise others to avoid...
