Shree Bikaner Sweets(TANGEWALA) — Restaurant in Delhi

Ordered from swiggy mistakenly as I wanted to order from another tried and tested restaurant. Since the order was placed, I decided to try it out anyway and that was another mistake. I'll better list out in points:

This was probably the shabbiest packaging of a dosa that I've seen. It seemed that the cook/packer had a fight with his boss/wife this morning. The dosas were actually thrown in a brown paper bag.

Onion rawa Masala dosa neither had onions nor masala. I don't know what the cook was thinking while making it. The dish was burnt to death. I actually had to seek refund over this.

I've had my share of ordering and eating worst tasting food. This sambhar let me set a new benchmark. It was hot, but that's where all the good things end. In the name of adding vegetables, only big, raw tasting chunks of pumpkins were there. No sign of tamarind, no mirch tadka. I'm not sure if this is too much to ask for but I've had lip smacking sambhar(s) all across India at a more reasonable prices than this.

Coconut chutney was okayish. But could be a lot better.

I asked for extra tomato chutney. Forget extra, none was added.

All in all, I just couldn't rate the food less than 1 star. There're far better restaurants out there offering much much much better food. Also, while ordering online, make sure you read genuine reviews on Google. I've always found swiggy reviews misleading and...

I booked the party hall of Shree Bikaner for first lohri celebration of my son. For the first time in life I had to face the poorest possible service. 5 of the snacks were booked from menu and only 1(french fries) was being served and that even after repeated requests to do so. They had not managed anything not they had prepared the snacks. Two times calls. 3 quarrels and repeated requests brought the paneer snacks and dhokla only once each. I had booked the venue from 6pm onwards and snacks were started at around 8.30 when we're expecting the dinner. Dinner was served at 9.30 only. It was humiliation for us that the guests were only waiting for anything. And they were served almost nothing.... NEVER EVER BOOK THIS VENUE. OTHERWISE YOU WILL REPENT YOUR DECISION...

Shree bikaner restaurant.(1st floor) food , prices, service everything is good. But the person with spectacles sitting on the counter has no idea about how to talk to his own customers. Totally mannerless guy he is. The other guy is fine. But the guy wearing specs is totally stupid , I just asked him for water and he started yelling at me and told me buy the mineral water bottle if you want to and don't buy if you don't want to. There is no option for zero starts , he doesn't even deserve one star. If you are reading this review ,Please learn some manners bro. I saw you screaming at your waiters too. I didn't say anything at that time because Im not into picking up fights with mannerless people. I hope God gives you...
