Pizza Hut | Mahavir Enclave, Delhi — Restaurant in Delhi

If it was lesser than 0 I would give it to this pizzahut. It's not the pizza you know. It's the people of that works in pizzahut. People comes because of the people that treats well to customers and that is why they call it service people so that not only they serve food but they also help retain customers.

I always order from Dominos and it was closed for delivery today and I had to order from here. I ordered on Zomato and unfortunately this guy said he couldn't pickup and I had to go to this store myself.

I went there and this guy NAVEEN was there and I explained in simple Hindi he couldn't understand and rater looked at me with his hatred big billed eye and ask me where was my dress, asking me the order number with his dominating voice. Well, I have a lot of friends who likes Pizzahut and I am gonna make sure they won't go this location again.

BTW, your pizza wasn't bad as it was your emplyee NAVEEN.

I came by in to just quench my thirst with some drink. Even before i ordered i was reminded that it will take 15 minutes. I had ordered a lemonade and a Miranda, and yet i was told to wait for 15 mins, which would hardly take a minute to dispatch from the dispenser and add some masala. At 2 pm the ac was non functional, and once some regulars and vips came in they switched it on.

Coming to the hygiene, They wear gloves to put sauce and toppings and with the same gloves on they operate computers to accept online orders.

The service is delayed. Shortstaffed, poorly managed which puts their employees in immense stress, due to which they sometimes are rude to customers. All this made me restless, and i had to go annoy them at the counter to give my drink, eventually i got it in 5 minutes.

I thanked them and left with disgust.

1star for letting me charge my phone, 1 star for giving my drink...

Refer to Date 13/10/22 Dubey ji ke jaane ke baad service has gone down for Mahavir Enclave pizza hut ordered pasta along with pizza first pasta was kaccha and the second one was also not upto the mark I don't know the condition of the store horrible .My earlier review was 5star rating for Dubey ji I don't know the name of new manager but not upto mark .pls do something thanks Disappointed 😞😒😑😔😪 staff very casual they don't even greet even manager also when even placing order aisa laga jaise hamein pizza dekar humpar ehsaan kar rahein hain all the bad training credit goes to manager and for sure Dubeyji we miss you .

Mr Dubey Manager of Pizza hut(near KFC Mahavir Enclave ) gives an excellent service we not only love the place but after Dubey ji excellent service we have stopped going to Dominos Pizza thanku sir ji for such good experience every time God bless you soon...
