New Sanjhi Rasoi Mahavir Enclave — Restaurant in Delhi

Worst service rude staff and what not i ordered food from them 3 times....and every time they delivered a wrong item on a very first instance i was on my food table i order tawa butter roti but when i opened it there was no butter at all i called them and they returned it i have to wait for 20 min for the food second instance i ordered tawa paneer this time but they send me a different curry and again i was on my dinner table again i waited for 20 to 25 minutes and third instance i ordered 10 butter chapati but this time they send me 5 butter roti only and this time in the mid of my dinner i have to wait for 20 minutes. So that's how they have behaved then one day i request them that m the only person to eat my food can you give me half tawa paneer and they directly denied it and that too in a rude way...when a customer is always ready to co-operate with these people but these non sense people does not care for their customers and do not know how to talk. Really worst worst experience when a customer is ordering food on alternate days basis then they are doing this behaviour just thought when you visit there for only once. Mr. Rahul and Mr. Ashwini first learn how to deal with clients than...

Before ordering please read carefully : me and my father used to eat food especially shahi paneer and butter roti from sanjhi rasoi since year 2012 and at that time it used to be delicious, honestly one of my favourite places to eat but in recent years or after 2020 they started using tomato ketchup more and more in their shahi paneer and because of that i stopped ordering from sanjhi rasoi but still i used to order when there was nothing to eat at night for the dinner. But today the story is different when they shifted to a new place i ordered and picked 4 butter rotis and half shahi paneer as "take out" and left the restaurant when I reached home and oped it i saw only 3 rotis with no butter and ketchup paneer 🤢 my mother said that we should call the outlet but i was too tired to argue with any of you guys I'm done with sanjhi rasoi this was the last time i visited 🙏🏻 I'm done. Bullshit service today...i ordered dal makhani and they delivered daal saltieeeee.. I called them..the delivery boy came and had debate and abused on the sample stuff...i showed him and he closed the door like hell as if it's their own property....i called him and he ran away..later on i called the restuarant agian and they delivered the daal with the cheap quality but yes the salt was adequate...so they focused on salt rather than the food quality..... surprisingly i got a call from owner pointing me for misbehaving as he mentioned delivery boy said i abused him...when i ask him to put the call on speaker to get the things clarified along with the delivery boy..he disconnected and now his phone is switched off...
