I am going to this place from last 10 years. Its in the middle of the rajouri market. Whenever you are tired of shopping, you can quickly come here to grab something to eat. They have everything here. Like sandwiches, patties, pastries and complete list of all bakery items. They have a very good reputation in market in terms of quality of food. They have now made a restaurant also at the 1st floor of this building, serving chinese and Continental food. We tried Matar kulcha, Chinese platter and Panner tikka hot dog. The food was good. PATHETIC IS THE WORD. I have never had a worse customer care experience. I had requested for special instructions on my order. They sent me the wrong order and on calling to enquire they told me - humare roz ke 50 order aate hai. Hum har ek customer ko call kare toh hum kaam kaise karenge.

This is PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. If the attitude of the staff is like this towards customer god knows what there kitchen must look like. God knows what they are putting in the food. I’m sure when they say whole wheat it is not even 10% wheat.
