I order food from this place a lot of times and up until 2-3 months ago it was flawless and I always got what I wanted and how I wanted it in terms of having no chillies in my food as I and other people at my place are severely allergic to chillies. We never faced any problems with that ever before. But I think either the management of this restaurant has changed in the last 2-3 months or they have just stopped listening to the customers. This is my third time that I faced the same dilemma. My standard request on any order that I place with this restaurant is "no green or red chillies please..at all" and I make sure that I emphasise at least 2-3 times that no chillies does not mean that little chilly is fine with me, and, no chillies means absolutely no chillies. I order some standard favourite dishes from the menu every time I order which consists of noodles, rice, and two gravies. From the last 2-3 months whenever I give my order the lady on the phone repeats that yes she has noted it down that there should be no chillies in my food and then at least one of the gravies is sent with regular amount of chillies. Last time I had to throw out both the gravies. I have tried complaining every time, but their attitude is sooooo out there. Even today one of my gravy was with normal amount of chillies and I called and I said that there was a problem again in my order. The person who picked up the phone, called out to the lady to talk to me and I could hear her going in the background "I don't have time to deal with customer complaints." Okaaaaay I thought that is not the right attitude, but I waited. Then the person who was talking to me on the phone asked me what was the complaint. I explained and then he told me to make sure that when I call in to order I say "no chillies at all" very specifically. I explained to him that I have been doing this every time and up until 2-3 months ago there was absolutely no problem. He then for some reason passed the phone to some other guy. This new guy did not even know what was being talked about and he took the phone and said "yes?" I tried to explain to him what was the problem and this guy just kept on saying "I have understood Sir that you do not want to have any chillies in your food, but what do you want to order?" I explained to him that I am calling in to complain as my order is being messed up since the last 3 times and nobody is trying to even listen. To this, his blatant reply was "Sir we get so many orders every day. We cannot take care of each order separately. It is not possible." I am exasperated, to say the least, and I am shocked that if they cannot take care of each order then why are they in business? But well, I guess that is the kind of customer service they have come to deliver and now that they are so successful one little fish like me wouldn't make much of a difference to them even if I stop ordering food from them, which I will now. The mayonnaise with the momos was rotten and was inedible. I ordered for Schezwan momos and what I got was steamed momos with pinch of oily sour tasteless Schezwan chutney topped over each momo. The quantity was so less that not even one person can be full stomach and the quantity was even worse and the food is way expensive as considered. Always delay in the orders. The chowmein was not hot and I requested them to reheat it. The waiter literally put his fingers in the bowl to check the temperature after reheating in the microwave. The food quality was below average. The spring rolls were actually burnt and they refused to replace. The steam momos were really dry and tasted pathetic. for just three items, I ended up paying almost ₹ 700. A complete waste of money. don't visit here and don't waste...
