The Thai Guy (Kitchen) — Restaurant in Delhi

Okay few things to mention before my review. The address mentioned here is not the correct one. This shop is on balraj khanna marg but a little more further from the location given here, just along a shop called pinnacle. Secondly there’s no dine -in service, just a small sitting outside the shop. This is a cloud kitchen. Now coming to my review which specially dedicated to prem uncle, who is the main cook here. I have never known him personally, but it’s the food that connects you to people sometimes. What a beautiful generous human being he is, and a wonderful cook. I love everything he cooks. My fav since my childhood is chinese choupsey, fried rice and variety of noodles. He used to work at tsui wong , a ‘fine dining’ pan asian restaurant with the other teammates but due to covid the restaurant was closed permanently. I am so happy i somehow manage to find him again. This is fine-dining restaurant chef working in a cloud kitchen. YOU MUST TRY AT THIS PLACE, if you are looking for some GOOD AND FLAVOURFUL PAN ASIAN OPTIONS out there. The food is simply DELICIOUS and in my opinion the MOST TASTIEST and the MOST ADDICTIVE of all the chinese restaurants i have ever tried. You will not be disappointed at all.

I visited thai guy recently and i kinda feel bad for him that a fine dining chef is now working in a cloud kitchen with not really a comfortable environment or space, specially in summers it must be difficult. The owner should work on this aspect because he has valuable man at their side who should be treated with utmost respect. There’s simply no comparison to him and the value he offers that no other cloud kitchen and even restaurants can. I hope he gets a place and a position that he is well...

Ordered a few times.. The fare is decent.. good packaging.. but no accompaniments (sauces/dips ) served with anything I ordered. Last time, the soft drink was missing from the combo... The veg hakka noodles are simple and tasteful, the chilli paneer gravy although good to taste was too salty... Had to run to a nearby store to get some vinegar and sweet chili sauce... Have tried the food here 3-4 times, but with Chinese fare, condiments make a lot of difference... Will have to think twice before ordering just for this reason. I hope they pay attention to this little but imp detail ....

I ordered food from this place through Swiggy and it sells the yummiest food that I have eaten.
