KFC — Restaurant in Delhi

My experience was just horrible ,staff is non Cooperative over that they are not following the 7 min policy of KFC they just give stupid excuses to avoid their liability, literally they gave me my order 20 minutes late still staff was silent on the 7 min policy even the manager who can argue on stupid things but when it came to his liability he was completely silent ,is this what should I get from kfc after waiting for this long ,after paying good amount should I get this facility ,this was just insane , many of the customers don't mention it but literally this is happening with lot of customers even today I noticed that I just want action against the staff for being this non cooperative ,btw staff deserves zero stars ,I am very disappointed after today's experience ,I just want kfc to look into this and take action against the staff and contact...

❌❌❌❌Never order from this outlet. They are the biggest scammers. I placed an order on 02/10/2025 at 9:58 PM, got confirmation via email and WhatsApp, and the estimated delivery time was 10:43 PM. Instead of receiving my food, the tracking suddenly showed the order as “Delivered” even though nothing was delivered to me. I had already prepaid, so not only did I lose my order, I also lost my money. I immediately called the helpline, and they assured me of a callback within 15 minutes, but no one ever called back. I also tried calling the outlet several times.They never even picked up the phone. This is not just poor service, it’s outright fraud. They took my money and never delivered the order. Please think twice before ordering from this outlet. If you value your money and your time, avoid them...

Highly Unprofessional Staff and an Understaffed Branch, There was a Huge line for people who wanted to order but there was only one cashier handling everyone whilst communicating with the kitchen staff , They Had some issue in the kitchen due to which they were not able to take orders for Signature Hot & Crispy chicken instead of Putting a sign for it or displaying it on the 4 Huge Menu TVs they had the cashier was busy informing each person, The Chicken popcorn i ordered were not freshly prepared and the spice coating was not uniform, one thing i loved about the outlet was that they had a Mute Employee, really loved that a global food chain is giving every deserving individual an opportunity regardless of challenges they face in their Life Hats off to Yum Foods or the...
