Terrible Experience at The Waffle Co. – Avoid This Place!

Had an absolutely pathetic experience at The Waffle Co. The staff clearly prioritizes online orders over customers who are physically present, making us wait for over 30 minutes while fulfilling other orders. When we asked about our order, the so-called manager, Gaurav Singh, was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Instead of addressing the issue, he argued with us, told us to leave if we couldn’t wait, and even had the audacity to say we should have come before 11 PM—despite the fact that we placed our order at 10:40 PM!

By 11:20 PM, they still hadn’t even started preparing our food, and when we confronted them, the manager continued arguing instead of resolving the situation. The lack of customer service, professionalism, and basic decency was shocking. If this is how they treat their paying customers, I’d strongly recommend staying away from this place.

The place is right on the main road, very easily accessible, just a 600m walk after taking an exit from the shakarpur side of the Laxmi Nagar metro station , and right behind the Shakarpur Bus Stop, opposite Hira Sweets. Today i went to waffle co. . This was the very first time when i was trying waffle. Ordered all white waffle and seriously it was so yummy. It was the best thing i had. One must try there waffles.
