Edit: thankyou for the response by Themis. I didn't intend for the persons job to be at risk. Kindly don't terminate his job. If you can just request , few of the staff to be more welcoming, you will surely get more repeat diners as your food is very tasty as compared to others. You will the same sets of people comming in again and again monthly. Thanks for the response.

Service is pathetic. There is a particular table manager ( DESCRIPTION short balding mildly overweight white shirt no jacket wearing apron on pants ) there who tried to fool us by asking what more starters should he do for the last time. Implying they serve starters twice only.

When i asked, isn't buffet unlimited? He didnt answer and ignored the question. when we said, we have experience of buffet of BBQ NATION etc Another waiter confirmed it's just like castle barbeque. Rather he was quite helpful.

The short guy kept asking us 20 times what we want and getting none. (All food was bought by waiter, not him)

It seemed his sole job was to make us feel conscious asking for starters. He repeatedly kept asked what we want atleast 20 times, yet got nothing, neither communicated anything to any waiter. We were observing him

Rather whatever the waiter was about to serve, he tried to delay and kept it away cooling it first. It was so weird that it was funny.

Even during the main course he kept asking what more we want. Already told him we want nothing as we will serve ourselves . Yet it didn't deter him from trying his best to make us conscious especially on taking the expensive items like mutton.

Kept trying to force us to take other veg options. Ofcourse it didn't work

Felt like he took it personally 😂 but I took up the challenge and made sure I got what we wanted inspite of his actions.

Many desert which was inside a transparent sliding door fridge. He was reluctant to open it, asking what exact item we want, while standing as a gaurd to the fridge. I told him I will try all, asked him.to move as we will serve ourselves. After a few moments of thought he ungaurded the fridge..finally.

On starters he asked us 20 times and on main course he asked us 5 times around mutton items (we were keeping count for fun), and got us ZERO items. Didn't serve even water after we asked water 3 times, finally I took water from the main table in my own. Went to bar for ice on my own.

We were being served by a different waiter who did his job well. No complains there except for this weird white shirt guy whose job is to make u feel bad.

Food was quite tasty inspite of the multiple insult efforts. Though they are very stingy with prawn. Had to multiple times for them. It wasn't even crowded that evening. Just 4 tables were full.

Inspite of the tastier food than barbeque nation, ite not recommended to go here to get extra free insult food item.

Those who are bored with BBQ nation, i recommend try absolute barbeque or pirates of grill or gt road. They are much more professional

Avoid Themis. But if ur feeling adventurous and still want to try Themis, avoid this short, overweight, balding guy with white shirt who is usually posted around the main course corner. Ask him to go away before he...

If you want to come here...pls book in advance...we didn't ..and they provided us seating outside..in the rooftop...during afternoon! Making us suffer in the harsh sun ..which we ate the unappetizing starters...while felt a little raw (bcz of the weak bbq) and boring as there wasn't an option to add Ur preferred flavours..u have to deal with the way its served..which to us wasn't as flavorful as it should be.... Good ingredients with average prep to give us an average experience. They served us small pizza slices as starters! And they didn't give any condiments!! Not even ketchup!!

The menu of the starters wasn't anything exceptional just the usual ...if not less..total rip off of BBQ nation's menu! The free drinks we chose were strawberry and kiwi mocktails....no kiwi flavour whatsoever! Tasted like lemon just the green colour😌 The main course was decent ..liked the cold fish salad...the biryani was good ...mutton rogan josh was ok... paneer dish was good. Rest all were just ok. Again no condiments for us to use.

Desserts were better.. Loved the moong dal ka halwa ..ice cream was good (kwality walls like ), blueberry cake wasn't good, balushahi looked shriveled as though it's a week old and was in the freezer😔 The ambience was good... Live singing... Better birthday song than BBQ nation 😂

The staff wasn't competent...didn't feel professional..very amateur operation..very very bad and sad cutlery... comfortable seating arrangement .. even though the whole place was cluttered...don't go by the artistic looking pics u see online...u have to squeeze Ur way sometimes. The pricing was average...they keep advertising the 350rs starting price.....but we took the full experience.. that is.. non veg buffet+starters price-around 650 per person Therefore if u want better bbq buffet experience I suggest BBQ nation.. their menu has more range and the dishes more flavour.. especially the starters..

Over-all Themis was nothing to run home about ..u can try it it's not bad ..but it's not...

Themis barbecue house is truly one such place where you’ll get delicious dishes, a beautiful ambience and amazing services at very reasonable prices. Yesterday I went here with my friend for lunch. We were so mesmerised with the interiors and the rooftop ambience. It was all greens and browns everywhere. Now talking about food, I would say that there’s only few buffet places that I have been to and who truly have justified the prices with the taste and quality of the food. Themis barbecue house gave us a lot of options in starters be it vegetarian or non-vegetarian dishes. In veg starters, we tried their : Veg pizza Crispy corns Paneer tikka Cajun mayo potatoes I liked Cajun mayo potatoes the most. Potatoes were crispy and the mayo complemented it perfectly. Paneer tikka and veg pizza were also very tasty. Crispy corns were average. In non-veg starters, we had : Tandoori chicken tikka Malai chicken tikka Prawns Fish tikka Malai chicken tikka was the best one. Tandoori chicken tikka was a bit spicy but tasty. Prawns and fish tikka were good. In main course we tried their - Chicken dum biryani Bhuna murg (chicken curry) Shahi paneer Dal makhani Rajma Kadhi pakode Manchurian Noodles All the dishes were very lip smacking. I absolutely loved the bhuna murg and dal makhani. Rajma was pretty average but other curries were delicious. I loved the main-course overall. And last but not the least we had gajar ka halwa, gulabjamun, brownies, pastries and ice creams as desserts. Gulabjamun is a must try. My overall experience was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They served us very well. It’s a place worth visiting...
