I recently visited Pacific Mall NSP Pitampura with my family to catch a movie at Cinepolis. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor infrastructure and lack of planning. The biggest issue was the limited number of lifts. We had to wait for a whopping 25 minutes just to reach Cinepolis from the parking lot! The lifts were overcrowded, and the wait was unbearable.

But that wasn't the only problem. The stairs and elevators in the mall are unplanned and unmanaged. They're scattered all over the place, making it difficult to navigate. After watching the movie, we had to take multiple stairs and elevators just to reach the parking lot. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.

We had to ask for directions multiple times from mall staff and other visitors. It's surprising that a mall of this size can't provide basic amenities like clear signage.

But what's even more concerning is the potential safety risk this poses. In case of an emergency, such as a fire or earthquake, the lack of proper evacuation routes and signage could lead to chaos. With limited lifts and poorly planned stairs and elevators, people may struggle to exit the mall quickly and safely. It's alarming to think about the potential consequences of such poor planning.

Overall, my experience at Pacific Mall NSP Pitampura was disappointing. Unless they address these issues, I wouldn't recommend visiting this mall to anyone.
