Victoria Biryani House — Restaurant in Delhi

Victoria Biryani house is in Shaheen Bagh Hi tension Road. Biryani at Victoria Biryani House is all the way different from other biryani houses in Shaheen Bagh. Their biryani tastes somewhere between Hyderabadi and Kolkata Biryani. They don't really have a big place but ok. Also the place is not very pleasant But the food.they serve is beyond the ability many good restaurants. They don't serve only biryani . In evening they serve Rolls also. Chicken Rolls Egg Rolls And Chicken Tikka also. They have really nice recipe of making the Rolls , biryani and Tikka. Although I had tikka once there and it was too spicy for me. It was good in taste but I was not looking for that spicy. I love their Biryani. Their Rates are very Nominal and easily affordable. Rolls are as low as 25 and as high as just 60 Rupees. Biryani is 200 Rupees per Kg. The Receptionist or the guy at the counter is really nice and listens to you. He will change your order's ingredients as per your taste. If you are a biryani lover then It's a must visit for you. One thing I would suggest to Victoria Biryani house is that they should also do nice arrangements for washing hands as there was not a tap there to wash hands but only a camper. This place is crowded in the early evening so be ready for that. Lol I hope you enjoy your visit to Victoria...

Victoria serves some of the good chicken rolls. It's a bit spicy and the tamarind chutney adds extra flavour. Though I'd say it can be improved. Basically the taste is all the same in the area where ever I've eaten the rolls. It's mostly famous for its biryani. (I haven't tried it)

The shop easy to locate as it's rather famous.

The only downside I found was the cleanliness and hygiene. There was no proper waste bin to throw the wrapper and leftovers.

Really Great place to have Calcutta Biryani. The biryani doesn't have much spices and is great to have as it would not affect your health much. The taste is awesome. They also have potatoes in the biryani and unexpectedly they taste great too. They also have chicken rolls, egg rolls, chicken egg rolls and many other chicken dishes which are available after 5 p.m in the evening up till 10.15 p.m. The shop opens at 11 a.m and closes at 10.30 p.m. Try once and I hope you will have a similar review...
