Atlantic Water World — Attraction in Delhi

Okay, So here is the Answer to most of your questions...

1- How's is the water park - Its good, enjoyed it thoroughly. Some areas where not as clean (like the track pool around the cloud burst and ladies washroom) but rest of the area was mostly clean (like all other pools and mens locker and washroom), but it cleaner in the mornings then in evenings (but still not much ki aadmi naha na paaye). But it is crowded even in weekdays so weekends would be worse.

2-Costing - Its much expensive if you buy the ticket on spot (Rs 1250/person) but you can get several offers online ( like 750/P for students, and some offers for women and family or black friday sale) I got them quite cheap with midnight madness offer (9PM-12midnight) for Rs 650/P which is literally half. so if you plan your visit you can save quite a lot. Food is expensive, I have added a picture of the menu, you can check (outside food is not allowed).Also you can carry your own water bottle, water cooler is available inside. The dress, locker,and mobile cases are all available for Rent (But I suggest you carry your own nylon clothes and Towel to save money). Locker is for 300 (150 rent+ 150 security) its big enough to fit 1-2 bags.

3-How many Rides are there? - So there are not a lot of rides but still enough to enjoy. 5 Big rides and then 4-5 smaller ones on the side.Apart from that, there is wave pool (which is always crowded and waves comes in every 1-2 hours). Seperate smaller pools for swimming which is not deep ,2-3ft and another smaller area for kids . Luckily I had the chance to go to all the rides with waiting time not exceeding 15-20 mins.

4-Food Taste - It was expensive but good enough. I ordered a south indian platter and a burger. Bith of them were good, especially the burger !!

5- Staff and other services - The staff is helpful and I didnt have any issues with them. but I did saw some people having some arguments with the lady which checks whether or not you are wearing nylon clothing. Life guards and helpers are almost available everywhere which was quite helpful. The mens locker and washroom was quite clean and maintained , but the ladies was not as much and comparatively smaller (according to my female friends).

6- Extra things - there is a souvenir shop where you can buy goggles and other stuff. The day I visited there was a bhangra group which kept on performing whole day and in the evening there was a DJ/ Karaoke lady who there to entertain the resting crowd. There is also a revolving camera service for Rs. 50 where you can record yourself. Parking area is available near the gate and its quite big (for buses as well as cars)

All in all it was quite a good experience and had a lot of fun for the whole day (the only issues were that its too crowded as the day passes, and the smell in one...

I HAVE BEEN VERY REGULAR TO THIS WATER PARK.....EVERY YEAR I VISIT THE WATER PARK.....BUT THIS TIME THE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE.....YOUR STAFFS HAVE BEEN RUDE EVERYTIME BUT EVERYTIME WE IGNORED.....BUT THIS TIME IT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. (ON 15TH AUGUST 2023) YOUR TICKET COUNTER STAFF WAS ASKING FOR EXTRA MONEY BY SAYING THAT OUR ONLINE TICKET IS NOT APPLICABLE AND IF YOU WANT TO GO INSIDE GIVE ME Rs500 BUT WHEN I ASKED TO CALL THE SUPERVISOR HE STARTED ACTING BY TYPING IN HIS COMPUTER THEN HE GAVE US THE PHYSICAL TICKET. SECOND TIME (ON 7TH AUGUST 2024) WHILE GIVING THE BAND ON OF YOUR STAFF TALKED RUDELY WITH MY FIANCEE...WHEN I TOLD HIM TO MIND HIS TONE OTHER STAFFS COVERED UP THE THINGS BY SAYING "KOI NAHI BETA JYADA AGE HO GYI HAI UNKI CHORDO CHORDO AAP ENJOY KRO" ON "17TH JUNE 2025" I BOOKED TICKETS WITH MY MOTHER- IN-LAW AND SISTER-IN-LAWS.WE TOOK 2 COUNTERS.THE LADY ON LOCKER COUNTER GAVE ME THE KEYS.ONE FOR THE FEMALE LOCKER AND ONE FOR MALE LOCKER....WHEN I OPENED THE LOCKER IT WAS HALF OPENED.AND EVEN AFTER USING KEYS IT WAS NOT GETTING LOCKED PROPERLY..THEN I WENT TO LOCKER COUNTER AND TOLD THIS TO THE LADY BUT SHE WAS VERY CASUAL THAT NOTHING WILL HAPPEN SIR YOU CAN USE THE LOCKER...WHILE DOING THE RIDES MY LOCKER (G42) KEYS GOT LOST.....THEN I REACHED THE COUNTER AND ASKED THE LADY TO GET IT OPENED QUICKLY BECAUSE I HAVE SOME EMERGENCY AND I HAVE TO LEAVE I EVEN SHOWED HER THE BILL....INITIALLY SHE AGREED BUT AFTER SOMETIME ONE PERSON CAME AND HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HE SAID HOW CAN I BELIEVE THAT ITS YOUR BILL....FIRST YOU HAVE WRITE AN APPLICATION THEN WE WILL CHECK CCTV CAMERA THEN ONLY WE CAN DO SOMETHING....I REQUESTED HIM THAT I WILL WRITE THE APPLICATION BUT FIRST NEED TO GET MY STUFF FROM MY LOCKER BECAUSE MY FAMILY HAVE TO LEAVE....BUT HE WAS SHOUTING ON US AND FORCING US TO STAND...HE REPEATEDLY SAYING "TU JANTA HAI MAIN KON HU,NHI KHOLUNGA LOCKER JAA JO KARNA HAI KAR LE"....AND IN HEAT OF THE MOMENT AND HAVING EMERGENCY I HAD TO BREAK THE LOCKER WHICH WAS NOT EVEN GETTING PROPERLY LOCKED...HE CALLED BOUNCER WHO MISBEHAVED WITH MY SISTER IN LAWS....AND THEY WERE ALL SAYING "SORRY BOLEGA TABHI JAANE DENGE"....LIKE SERIOUSLY ??? I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER LEGALLY.....I WILL SUE YOU GUYS.....THIS MAIL IS JUST TO WARN YOU ALL THAT YOU GUYS WILL FACE THE CONSEQUENCES OF EACH AND...
