Booked 2 deluxe rooms for my parents at Fab hotel cameron in Jasola(Delhi) property for 1 night stay(including morning break fast the next day) and got pathetic services in the name of hospitality.. Long List of pathetic services received- 1.My parents checked in at 6pm and Hotel could not provide rooms at 6 pm though checkin time was 12pm in afternoon,Even after giving confirmation of booking of 2 deluxe rooms and taking 25% amount as advance for booking.

2.Hotel staff at reception said you dont have booking as we have no vacant room in hotel.

3.After lots of discussions and every thing they provided 1 temporary room.

4.Again after big round of discussions they provided 2 normal rooms at 7pm against booking of 2 deluxe rooms.

5.Washroom door couldnot be bolted.

6.TV was not working.

7.Intercoms were not working.

8.No water in taps.

9.Leakage in drainage pipes.

10.Even after giving confirmation of breakfast the next morning,hotel staff said kitchen is under renovation so we cannot provide you breakfast.

I wouldnot recommend any one to do booking in this hotel.

With all these pathetic services,Hotel charged me Rs.1900/- per room and provided me services of Rs.500/- Room. I want refund of my amount i paid for the services hotel...

Fab camaroon Hotel Delhi , My online reservation promised AC Room with Good stay. However, upon arrival, the initial room fell short. Not only was the receptionist less than welcoming, but the AC wasn't working, the fan was barely a whisper, and unwelcome mosquito roommates awaited. To top it off, the phone charging plugs decided to take a vacation as well.

Since it was already 11:30 pm, I contacted the online booking service, who tirelessly tried reaching the hotel manager several times, but unfortunately, there was no answer.

Determined to salvage my stay, I returned to the reception at 1:30 am and expressed my concerns more firmly. , the receptionist offered a different room.

While the new room lacked AC, at the fan, though loud, provided some air circulation. Given the late hour and exhaustion, I decided to take it for the night.

The next morning, I vacated the room at 10 am, hoping better...

Terrible experience. Do not pay advance for Fabhotel property without checking the room yourself. I got cheated. I paid an advance for a room with breakfast in WhatsApp I thought I'd a 3-star hotel. I even called to assure the rooms would be clean. Such fraudsters, the bathroom pot was so dirty it would put public toilets to shame. There was mice shit over the bed and of course the sheets were stained. We arrived at the hotel late and had to find a different hotel in the middle of the night in Delhi! They have refused to give me a refund and keep asking for photos as proof. Lols, after a long journey, why will I think of taking photos of a filthy pot and mouse shit?! I wanted to get out of there asap. You can keep my hard earned Rs.1300. Looks like you need it to buy harpic and hire pest control. Book them at...
