I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zahra and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Zahra @ Shaheen bagh is a total mess, unnecessary crowd was created by the restaurant staff in the upstairs doing nothing and adding to the heat. Having a baby in hand, they just offered a seat on the entrance and upon asking for a seat change they just ignored. When asked to decrease the AC they again ignored saying that you just came up, and it takes time to settle. There were literally 7-8 people for taking orders and serving yet nobody was getting their orders. And we literally had to eat the food sweating and surrounded by these people just standing idle as if they are monitoring how much of sweat is happening at each table. The day's special Delhi 6 biriyani was the worst made with broken rice and please don't call it biriyani at all. Having seen and enjoyed Zahra food from its beginning in tikona park, I am so sorry to say Zahra just turned out to be a corporate unit with the sole motive of money making.
