Disgusting Experience – Staff Gave Themselves a 5-Star Rating on Our Phone

This has to be the most pathetic, unprofessional, and infuriating experience I've ever had at any Domino’s outlet. If Domino’s cares about its brand even a little, this outlet should be either heavily penalized or SHUT DOWN.

To begin with, the girl at the counter was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Zero courtesy, no sense of service, and absolutely no professionalism. She didn’t have change for a 100-rupee note and stood there coldly while my friend struggled to find just 8 rupees. Not a single effort to help, no apology, nothing — just arrogance.

But here’s the worst part: She literally took our phone WITHOUT permission and gave herself a 5-star rating. Yes, you read that right. She grabbed the phone, opened the review section, and gave her own outlet a fake 5-star review. That is not only unethical — it’s manipulative and borderline criminal behavior.

Add to that: the outlet was dirty, unhygienic, and completely uninviting. Sticky tables, trash around, and a vibe that screams “we don’t care.” This place doesn’t even deserve to carry the Domino’s name.

Firstly, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional, and I had to wait an unreasonably long time before my order was even acknowledged. Additionally, the staff seemed uninterested in providing a positive customer experience, which made my visit even more frustrating.

Furthermore, I was appalled by the state of cleanliness at the store. The dining area was dirty, with tables and floors in need of cleaning. It was clear that proper hygiene practices were not being followed, which is a serious concern, especially in the current times. A clean and welcoming environment is fundamental to a positive dining experience, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.

As a loyal customer of Domino's, I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and improvements are made both in terms of service and cleanliness at this location. I look forward to seeing positive changes in the near future.

Since I'm a young 22 years old Adult, throughout my college life, I've been to Domino's Pizza multiple times in the same month. Likewise my estimated visits are about 600 times+ till now . Always loved the Pizza Mania range as it's affordable : under 120₹ , tasty , worth the money. Never had a issue of getting up early due to the staff constant poking never happened. Staff is really good especially Domino's Dombivili Improvement, I would suggest is parking , people who come to Domino's atleast bring Motorcycles , scooters & that's where this becomes very irritating as inspite of having a parking they don't allow , that's rude & sad . The rest of the pizza range has to come down to the affordable range & there should be some great offers on it so that customers can try new range as well. Online app doesn't lets you track the order , the order mostly is never too late but atleast tracking...
