Kith and Kin Restaurant - KK — Restaurant in Dombivali

I remember finding this restaurant on the first day of my visit when I wanted to have dinner and I have to say I was not disappointed. Total value for money and a smiling Sujay who provides very sweet service. Over the past 10 years we have become very good brotherly friends, but the sound of Sujay's voice saying Dada is one of his greatest qualities and his affection shines through his business, and indeed, as good a man as Sujay is, every dish in his restaurant tastes as good. And it's embarrassing. One very important thing I am mentioning here is that I remember one day on Diwali day Sujay's special and trusted cook suddenly took Diwali bonus and ran away from Sujay's company. But one thing was discussed between us that we have built our business not on anyone's trust but on our own talent and self-belief, so why should we be afraid, and since that day Sujay who has been standing up till now is only progressing, may he get more progress in this business. This cozy little restaurant is a hidden gem! The food tastes amazing flavorful, well-cooked, and served in generous portions that truly satisfy. It’s the kind of place where every dish feels like it’s made with care.

Service is quite slow both for dine-in and takeaway. Be ready for long wait times, especially during busy hours.

Parcel counter experience needs improvement. the staff at the counter often appear disinterested, and their handling can give off an unhygienic impression.

Ordered 3 times here last month. First 2 orders of Kepsa & Biryani were awesome. Hence thought to give a try to Chinese food as well but thoroughly disappointed.

Chicken pieces in all dishes were not at all fresh. Seems leftover stock from a few days back were dumped to customers.

This is totally unacceptable!!

Every order generally has around Rs. 500 ticket size. Fresh chicken itself does not cost too much & still if owners are so greedy that they try to dispose of their leftover chicken pieces to customers without caring about their experience, health & value for money, then this is utterly shameful.

This probably happens with many other small restaurants & eateries but unfortunately there is no system to check, identify & punish such greedy, careless businesses. But surely customers will take note of it, be cautious, spread awareness...
