The Owner is quite rude and doesn't know how to speak to customers. He harasses his staff and speak to them arrogantly as if they are slaves. I just happened to ask for a favor and if a charging point could be made available as my battery was running out and I had to attend an important meeting. The staff helped me out but when the Owner at the counter came to know about this, he started saying who asked you to plug anything out here. I mentioned I asked the staff but he started arguing you don't understand anything and you shouldn't have done without asking.. I repeatedly said I asked the staff and then he said they are no one and started speaking rudely to me. I apologized but mentioned this is not the way you talk to customers, He said it doesn't matter to him. I said my friends often come here and this experience will surely impact. He got more angrier and said he doesn't care if customers come or no.. it hardly matters. I asked the staff to pack my masala Dosa, paid the money and went back.. this is the worst experience I had with a Hotel which should be customer friendly..
In today's time, where everyone is focused on customer satisfaction and making their experience delightful, this Hotel is a strict no-no.. A street side vendor can be really courteous... I am never going back to this...

Tried Shredded grilled chicken,Veg spring roll,Chicken masala lollypop, chicken mangolian, paneer hakka, chicken pot Rice And Veg shezwan rice. Shredded grilled chicken was starter in which chicken was cooked with green chutney. Veg spring rolls were not much taste Worthy i would suggest not to waste money on ordering it. Chicken masala lollypop was nice. It was crispy and tasty too. Chicken Mongolian was something worth giving a try. It was the best dish i tasted that night. I will personally recommend to try it for starters. Paneer hakka a starter for vegetarians. Nicely cooked and that hakka styled taste made it awesome. Recommendation as starters for vegetarians by me. Chicken pot rice was rice with lot more gravy and chicken. Gravy just tasted like Manchurian soup. Gravy was more than rice in this dish just like daal khichdi which made it boring dish. If gravy was in proper proportion to rice in it, it would have been a great dish. And a veg shezwan rice was just awesome as proper quantity of spices and ingredients made it different from shezwan rice at any other restaurant.
Service was very good, all the waiters were polite. Every dish was properly served. 4 of 5 for...
