Feedback for Prasad Food Divine, Dombivli Branch
I have visited almost all the branches of Prasad (Thane, Kalyan, Powai), but my experience at the Dombivli branch was unfortunately the worst. Here are the details:
Lasagna as a Starter: I ordered a lasagna, and it took almost an hour to arrive. While I understand that lasagna takes time to prepare, an hour is excessive.
Main Courses: The Paneer Tufani and Sabzi Falguni were not good. The taste was quite average, which was disappointing.
Hospitality: The hospitality was extremely poor. I came from Thane to celebrate a birthday and asked the staff to keep the cake in the fridge. They immediately denied and said there was no space without even checking. Running a big hotel and not having space in the freezer feels like a joke. Moreover, the waiters were inattentive. When asked for something, they would say "2 minutes" but would come after 15 minutes after attending to other guests.
This was my first time experiencing such poor hospitality at Prasad. The management really needs to address these issues before they escalate.
On a positive note, the security and car parking staff were excellent and were doing their jobs sincerely, which was a stark contrast to the restaurant staff. Zero points to Mr. Praveen Jadhav, Tilak, and Damber for their service.
I hope this feedback helps in improving the service at the...
Read moreVisited this place with family, food was good but mocktails were very sweet and service too slow.
We were seven of us and ordered two starters, different types of mocktails and in main course we went for kundapuri kheema masala and veg kofta dish with rotis. Main course I would rate 4/5. Food was tasty and quantity was good too but the server initially misguided us saying quantity of all sabzi would be less for a tabke of seven. Also he was finding it difficult to handle their app, he took a good 5mins to take our order for main course, which is still okay as he may be new to the job so we give him benefit of doubt. While serving rotis they got one kadak roti and despite us saying we didn't ask for kadak and prefer soft ones the waiter served those to some on our table. It was only when we started eating that we realised he served the kadak ones slyly to some of us. We waited a long time after our meal for finger bowl to arrive. However they were short of staff and despite being a weekday with less crowd they were finding it difficult to manage the tables.
FYI Mocktails we ordered were Guava chilli, green apple mojito and strawberry lemonade each of them were too sweet although quantity was decent would rate it just 1/5. The starters that we ordered were kurkure paneer and cheese stuffed mushrooms and they were prepared excellent and would rate it 4.5/5. The restaurant needs to increase staff and...
