Authentic Malvani Flavors at *Malvani Gajalee* I recently had the opportunity to dine at the Malvani Gajalee restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the delicious, authentic Malvani cuisine they serve. Located in Dombivli west palava near casa Rio. The menu features a variety of seafood and meat dishes that are staples of the Malvani culinary tradition. I started my meal with the Paneer tikka multani that were absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious and in non veg we tried tandoori murgh and murg tikka Punjabi both very spicy and delicious. For the main course, I order Murg handi and panner tikka masala was cooked to perfection, with a rich, creamy curry that had a wonderful balance of flavors -with butter kulcha . We also tried surmai thali which includes rice , bhakri,surmai rava tawa fry ,shimplya rasaa ,prawns rassa ,and fish rassa with kachumbar and solkadhi. To end the meal on a sweet note, I tried the solkadhi traditional Maharashtrian coconut based drink . The velvety smooth texture and just the right amount made it a wonderful palate cleanser. The service at Gajalee was also impeccable - the staff was very attentive and provided excellent recommendations. The ambiance is simple yet cozy, with traditional Malvani decor elements that add to the overall experience. Would recommend to mention all dishes which they provide to be in their menu card

Wonderful taste, absolutely took me. Back to malvan! The prawns and the bangda fish were perfectly fried, moist and tasting truest! The gravies in the thali have a coconut element which may overwhelm a few, but they were spiced to perfection. Mouthwatering, delicious prawn curries in two ways with the bangda thali and teesryo (claims) with baby prawn(jawla) salad, accompanied by a proper koshimbir (salad) and topped off with solkadi! The gravies go well with rice or the bhari and are not excessively spicy like other pretentious places. Genuinely delighted me. Divine! *Update* Do avoid visiting on weekends, they are packed and service kind of goes to the digs. We waited over 30 mins after giving the order for water to be served. Good food, unless backed with service is absolutely dangerous a recipe for disaster.

We visited this restuarant for occasion of my birthday celebration. The vibe and ambience of this place is very vibrant and aesthetically pleasing but I did not like the service as staff were not at all attentive even though restuarant was half empty as it was weekday. Food was mostly great especially starters they were very tasty and lip smacking, Malvani food was either hit or miss we liked prawns dishes and surmai(mackerel) a lot but didn't like malvani curry and pomfret fry and soups were warm not hot . Goan curry was the main highlight of the thali it's a must try also we very much liked the solkadhi. Overall a very nice place especially for seafood and starters.

1. The food was tasty and well prepared. 2. Service was good. 3. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The music was played, it’s appropriate and the volume was not so loud that we cannot talk. Staff is trained to avoid distracting behaviour and making unnecessary noise. 4. The cost of their meal was fair and reasonable. 5.The restaurant location is appropriate for Palavians but not adequate parking for the restaurant. 6.Regarding Hygiene and Cleanliness the entire facility is kept spotlessly clean.

Amazing place with a more amazing hosting team. Awesome food to choose from with the kind of variety you get and the options available in both veg and nonveg. Especially, the seafood range of the menu, is mouth watering and sumptuous. Loved each and every bit that we ordered. The icing on the cake is the service and eye for details they keep when they are looking after each one of you. Loved the whole package of it. Great job guys keep up the good work and I am coming back soon, Inshallah!!!
