Worst experience at bercos dwarka Hi We, specially my wife have been a very regular consumer of bercos. And we love it. Today we went to bercos sec 6 Dwarka restaurant at 20:45 and had the most pathetic experience we ever faced in any restaurant. We ordered and waited for 55 min. People who came after us had their dinner and went but we were still waiting for the food. We didn’t complain at all and kept on waiting for someone at least come and say something. Finally I asked the person there and he brought the order. But this was not all. They even did not provide us water at all during our waiting as well as dining time. No one bothered that there was not a single tissue paper. After the bill they didn’t give us the feedback form even after asking the same. Manager is so sooo dumb that he ignored everything when I suggested him about the serious problem. I was not just alone having this experience. Same was the issue with my neighbor customers. Please add it to the new bill.' I had already paid the old bill with a 25% discount using Zomato Gold. I reminded them that they had missed adding the cold coffee to the bill, and now I wouldn't be able to pay with the 25% discount. So, I asked them to give me a 20% discount instead, but they brought the same bill with no discount. When I asked, they said, 'Sir, it's not mentioned in the menu, and the coffee price has increased.' But they charged me the same price as mentioned in the menu. It's not about the amount, whether it's ₹20 or ₹2000. The point is, they made a mistake by not adding the coffee to the bill initially, and then they did this to me. It was a special occasion in our family and we had family guests over for dinner and I personally went to order food at the restraunt, we were told it will be delivered in a maximum of 40 mins but they will try to make it sooner. It took 1hour 20mins for the food to be delivered after repeated reminders & calls. The plight dose not end here - the honey chilly chicken tasted like rubber & plastic - it was extremely bad - I called and informed the manager of the same, who said we will send the dish again - which took another half hr., but unfortunately the chicken was the same stale rubber plastic - totally not edible. That had to go to the dustbin. We have been such old regulars of bercos- but this time was a horrible experience - pathetic service & bad stale food !! It was very embarrassing since we had invited guests also.
You will loose your customers if the management keeps turning a blind eye to such incidents.
