Puffs N Cakes | Dwarka's Own Bakery — Restaurant in Dwarka

Before we get into the nitty gritty details, I want to mention that I have been a regular customer for this bakery since they opened their door in 2003. All our cakes and pastries for any occasion has been ordered through them at the the store.

Now on to this particular order. I wanted, no… I NEEDED, a unicorn cake so you can imagine my thrill of knowing that they now have a website through which you can place your order. It is easy to navigate and they have multiple options and prices for everyone. I selected the one I wanted (picture 1)a unicorn cake 1.5kg choco-vanilla flavour. It was quickly confirmed via text and mail.

It’s one thing to see it in picture and another to see it as a product. I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE ACCURACY. I needed a place near my workplace to have decent coffee daily with reasonable prices. Hence I opted for Puffs & Cakes. I had been ordering & getting delivered coffee every day for quite some days now. But yesterday the coffee they sent tasted bad. It was like that milk coffee sort of you get for ₹ 20-30 in local shops. When I asked them for a replacement, their helper comes and delivers the coffee but he says “Aaj k baad apko coffee nahi deliver hogi, aap khud aa k le lena”. For more than 40–50 orders I never complained and one time the quality was bad and rather than taking the feedback in a constructive way, they show arrogance. I will avoid buying from their shop. Any services have value till there are customers. I have experienced unprofessional behaviour in the way they deal earlier as well but I ignored it. But this time, they did it too...

I have been a customer of Puffs N Cakes for years now, and I can confidently say that they are committed to providing quality products. Every year, I order my son's birthday cake from this shop, and it never disappoints. The cakes are always fresh, delicious, and beautifully decorated.

Beyond their cakes, the other bakery items they offer are of excellent taste and quality. Whether it's their pastries, veg puffs, chicken puffs or bread, everything is consistently top-notch.
