The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Dwarka

Yesterday have visited mall for waffles and have ordered 2 items , although waffle was good..but staff behaviour was extremely disheartened and specifically I am talking about lady Khusi. I requested can you offer me water? She said I can't you have to purchase the bottle,and I cannot offer u other water because that's our personal bottles we carry..till this I understood the point but I wanted to see how a person is going out of his or her zone to offer a glass of water . I told her water is something where we cannot say "No" to anyone but I understood ur point but how your are trying to help... She started with correcting herself with rude behaviour n body language,she was continuously in denial mode and she was not at all listening to my conversation.

I asked her name again n again but she was not listening to me n arguing with her loud voice,and only that time waffles arrived n she was rude with her voice ...n said THANK YOU.. I said lady if u will say thank you n serve me food with this tone then I will throw it ...you can check your camera if facilities are available. But just for a cup of water which is a basic gestures to offer..if not then someone should be polite enough to help you.

Extremely worst experience with your staff behaviour,I would request you to conduct her and teach her basic manners.

Khusi need to learn...

Nice kiosk on the food court floor in pacific mall sec 21, Dwarka. They were celebrating national waffle day on 19th July. Every waffle at Rs 100. We tried their red velvet waffle & Nutella waffa-which. Both were real good. Though we picked up and had it couple of hours later. It had turned soggy. Taste was good though. So have it fresh or within half an hour. The service guys at the kiosk were quite pleasant...

The staff at this place seems to be a little ignorant, as they intentionally give the wrong order. However, the quality of the products or services offered is good. But it's quite disappointing to see that the prices are significantly higher...
