I had ordered Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani but the rider Vihol Sanketsinh Kanjibha didn't deliver the order and took it with him without coming to my house or even contacting me. I even saw him taking a U-Turn near my house. When I raised an issue with the customer service first he refused to have a conference call with me. When the conference call was arranged first he said that he called me 5 times (I didn't receive any call and I called him 2 times). Then he said that he gave the food to the watchman. When I went to the watchman the food was not there. He took the food without delivering it.
