CANDLE LIGHT DATE N DINNER — Restaurant in Gandhinagar

It's a theme based restaurant with rose petals and candle decoration, unlimited food and good ambiance. . They offer different packages with different price. . The taste of food was good, the staff is trained, the behaviour of owner was quite impressive. The decoration, cake, and chocolate box were good.

But the teddy bear is damaged. I'm very disappointed by this. They charged for it and placed a damaged piece. They should check once before placing it. I came to know about it after reaching home, called the restaurant the person said "you should check the teddy bear here" . Like, I was there to enjoy the surprise dinner date and not to check the teddy bear that is it proper and without damage or not in a so dimmed candle light right? Although he told me to exchange it that's a good thing. But it's too far and it will consume my time, efforts and petrol to go there and exchange the gift. . They charged for the premium arrangements and allotted us a normal cabin that was not expected. . We were bit late, but yet we had 1 hour to spend there, the service staff was in so much hurry to serve the food and let us complete the dinner as fast as possible. That was ridiculous. But the owner somehow managed the things and we enjoyed the dinner. It was crowded and full as because of valentine's day. Overall experience was good except...

Never book there , just book if you don't respect your money.

The owner of the place is either stonner or drunk always as he don't even remember the booking even after writing and Watsapp confirmation. He just gave us a genral ready place in side and on countering that about the balcony place that idiot was saying that you haven't booked balcony and after checking his booking he came to know that we have balcony booking. He didnt decorated place even a pair of space were placed on the table. He lies about the decoration that we have decorated both the places inside and balcony by mistake in the fear of customer authority.

The owner left the place even before we leave the place to save him self from us. We asked his appointment illiterate manager at place failed to give the reason for that and bluntly lied bout the decoration that "we don't decorate the balcony we just decore inside cabins".

They are not even registered on GST as they failed to give me the GST registered bill.

We booked for balcony place for dinner date plus walkway decoration. When we reached the place they were still preparing for the walkway and the owner was expecting call from us.

Totally worthless place they are misusing the name of the Candle Light Dinner total...

Don’t bother reserving from Google or atleast for Valentines day.

We travelled from UK and made a reservation on 27 January from google reservation for Valentine’s day, only to be turned away on arrival saying they haven’t received any reservations, as can be seen on attached screenshot of the confirmation email.

Update: This place is run by absolute liars and con artists making excuses that they don’t receive any reservations. As you can see email confirmation of my reservation which was obviously free as they have option on their google business page to make reservations through third party, since it was Valentine’s day they decided to only take bookings with advanced payment and they think its ok to ignore reservations made 2 weeks in advance, clear lack of customer service and business ethics. All they had to do was contact us and let us know that we will need to make advance payment instead of ignoring our reservation made through their third party option provided on THIS google page, which they even refused to acknowledge saying they don’t have such reservation options, openly...
