Read moreToday, I reached at the hotel with family at 2.15 pm for lunch. After 30 min I got a table for lunch due to waiting. At 2.45 pm captain ask me to place the order in one go i.e. stater, main course, desert because kitchen will be closed on 3 pm so they can prepare the food and serve in one time on the table. So as captain requested I ordered soup, sabji and roti in within 10 min. However he insist me to oder dal and rice with same time, so I told him as you told us place the order all the food in one time and will serve all the food in one go because kitchen closing time is 3 pm, if I ordered dal and rice on same time when I ordered soup, sabji and roti than they prepare and serve dal and rice with roti and sabji than dal and rice not hot when we eat. we requested him many times dal and rice will not be hot till we finish soup, sabji and roti. Than he told us we prepared in advance and serve you later with garam karke. So as per my experience they did not believe Customer's requirements/satisfaction and customer's enjoyment/hospitality. They only belive in time management not in hospitality managment as we see in otherrestaurants. After this all the captain taking a lunch in front of my table only one waiter is available near my table to serve everything. One big mistake I found in my bill, extra item rupees charged to me in my bill, which was not ordered by me. So again I requested to captain check your order book and verify the bill which was given to me for pay for the food what I eat. Than they prepared new bill excluded extra item rupees from bill. In meantime they switched off the all AC in restaurant since 30 min. After payment I discussed all the things which I experienced today during luch with other captain who had taken my payment, in reply he told me sorry for all the things because time is over for restaurant. Very bad experience for me and my family as well. Experience: The waiter who took the order, Mr Shailesh, when asked to serve Sizzler stated that the restaurant doesn't serve Sizzlers on Sundays.
We first sat in Open and waited for our order to be served, but as we as well as a family of four sitting besides us were bothered by insects, who were frequently falling into our glasses and crawling on our plates. We decided to dine inside.
I found the serving staff inside much customer friendly than Mr. Shailesh. Fun fact as we were waiting for our food inside they served another customer sitting next to us with Sizzler. The food was average and one time try. I would recommend Lasagna. I wished to try Greenz special sizzler but couldn't, thanks to Mr. Shailesh.
Also the General manager at the billing counter tried to cover up for Mr Shailesh as if a customer doesn't understand Sizzler needs atleast a waiting duration of 20-30 minutes until served.
Mr Shailesh when addressed about Sizzler being served post our dinner, replied us to have a seat and have Sizzler which I really found most disrespectful about this place.
Things to Note : Try visiting early on Sunday's as it is first come first serve and cannot reserve at least as per the telephonic conversation i had prior visiting. Also the staff outside in open isn't aware if the food order can be served or not, so it's better to dine inside.
Request to the owner: Hope you train your staff to treat customers in a better way. The food and ambiance will be of no good if your staff can't treat customers properly and their complaints/feedbacks are...
