The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Gandhinagar

Belgian Waffle has a system where they give you points for every order that you can redeem on your next order. And you receive an SMS on your phone number for the total number of points you earn with each order. I go there almost every month. But when I went there yesterday and gave them my mobile number, they said I don't have any points left in my account so I can't redeem them.

I complained that there must be an error in the system. But the guy who took the order wasn't ready to accept it and said it doesn't show in the system. I asked him about my order history and he said he can't reveal it.

This is the kind of fraudulent offers they have for us. While I won't be visiting this place for waffles anymore, I suggest everyone take...

Waffles are amazing - we tried the triple chocolate which was basically overloaded with chocolate, while the other one, kitkat was nice and not too sweet or loaded with chocolate. The food and the hygiene were apt!

Well, the two star goes straight to the service, they have this happy hour going on from 1 to 5 and i noticed it after ordering and paying for the same. I understand that the bill is hard to be reversed after being punched but the reply that the captain gave me "It is not our job to inform the guest about the offer, it is their part" just made me really disappointed. Not really sure if i would want to visit this outlet again!

Nice little place with beautiful ambience. Offers a variety of waffles along with some cold beverages. Waffles are fresh and hot. Good amount of variety is there including nutella, chocolate, red velvet, butterscotch, blueberry, banana salted etc. Belgian Chocolate waffle was really good but White Fantasy waffle was even more tasty. My personal favourite is Dark and White, a must try. Blueberry one is also ok. Banana Salted Caramel is a little different in taste, but worth trying. Didn't like Apple Granny Pie at all, but that depends on one's taste. Almond Choco Mini Pancake was not tasty though. Price of the waffles varies from...
