Though I have been to BBQ Nation restaurants 30-40 times earlier also but it was my first visit at Barbeque Nation , Gaur Central Mall, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. Just a few minutes at the restaurant & I made up my mind that this dining outlet definitely asks for a review because there was a distinguished rush of happy energy in the staff with their smiling faces , exquisite & delightful smell of spices and the ongoing Punjabi Food Festival adding to the galore .

As for the interiors , well it is beautiful inside – that’s probably the best & simplistic way the whole decor & the interiors there can be put into words. The use of the colours & texture , the furniture , the serving counters , the wall hangings, the props and the placement of utilities, the floor finish is all wonderful .

However , it would have been near perfect ambiance had there been a little more sophisticated & bolder play of Lights . Nevertheless , I will still rate the whole setting as a very good one.

As I have mentioned in my earlier reviews , when it comes to service , more than anything it’s the behaviour of the staff which makes all the difference . And it was 10 on 10 here . Courteous & polite staff with excellent display of mannerisms . Natural smiles on the faces of serving staff showed that they really love their job unlike the plastic expressions of glee which the restaurant staff members are usually instructed to maintain

There was no fumble whatsoever as far as the order in which different dishes ( and there were quiet a few ) were served as a part of Vegetarian Buffet. Besides the listed items, the guy just kept on asking if we needed anything not mentioned in the buffet menu .And not only us , this treatment was being meted out to every guest as you could hear the familiar claps & music by the staff for the birthday holders.

As a small feedback though , I would like to request the management to review & have a better dress code for the serving staff as well , just like you have for the Managers & the Chef.

The food items served at Barbeque Nation restaurants are not a mystery and the Menu is more or less the same at all of their outlets but here we were for some really delightful surprise as besides the expected Kebabs, Barbequed fruits , Cajun Potatoes and extremely crispy fried corns, some additional stuff like stuffed Pappad Rolls, mouth watering Gol-Gappas & the oh-so-spicy Chat were also served to us on the table itself,owing to the Punjabi Food festivities perhaps.

Then the main course was sumptuous & delicious with the likes of hardcore Punjabi Supper ingredients like Paneer , Palaks, Kadi pakoras, Pindi Choles to name a few.

Closing ceremony at any of the Barbeque Nation restaurants is a delight thanks to my all time favourite Pan -Kulfi & the hot brownie with crunchy american delight ice cream scoops.Same was the case here . But since we were already full till neck , so we left the restaurant with heavy hearts for not to have tasted all the luscious looking deserts including Chef Special Burfi & faluda kulfi .

And hey , make up for the non-availability of alcohol by trying the popular Masala Coke here !

At this price, Barbeque Nation is offering a great food in a great atmosphere. A Good place to celebrate moments .

I recently organized my son's birthday celebration at Brabqe, and it pains me to say that it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. As someone who has been a loyal patron of this restaurant for quite some time, I had high expectations for a memorable evening, but sadly, it was anything but that.

We made a reservation well in advance, hoping to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests, some of whom had traveled from out of town to celebrate with us. However, our evening started on the wrong foot as we were left waiting at the entrance without any acknowledgment from the host staff. This delay was not only frustrating but also embarrassing, considering the guests we had invited.

Once seated, our problems continued. The service throughout the evening was incredibly sluggish and inattentive. Our server appeared disinterested and rarely checked on our table. Basic requests for items like water refills, condiments, and even the servicing of our starters were met with significant delays. This delay in serving our starters, in particular, put a damper on the overall enjoyment of our meal.

Adding to our disappointment, the quality of the food did not meet the high standards we have come to expect from this restaurant. Some dishes even arrived at our table with incorrect orders, clearly indicating a breakdown in communication between the kitchen and the front-of-house staff.

What made the situation even more uncomfortable was the fact that all my guests were clearly dissatisfied with the service, which left me feeling deeply embarrassed for having chosen this establishment for my son's special day.

I believe in providing constructive feedback, and I sincerely hope that the management at Brabqe takes this message as an opportunity to address the numerous shortcomings in their service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Brabqe for any future events or celebrations. Visited barbeque nation RDC on 26th June 2024. I will explain reason for Delay in writing the review so late, at the end of review. I booked four seats in advance. After reaching, they asked the name & ph no. and took us to the alloted seat. AC in that space was not working and we were sweating badly. The fried corn served at first which was very tasty. The bar be que stick were placed on the oven and chicken legs were served. At the first bite in chicken leg my wife spitted it on the table. I smelled the leg pieces and it was smelling very badly. It was rotten. It was coated with spice so that nobody can get the rotten smell from outside. I complained the same and they took away The rotten chicken. Initially they claimed that the smell is of garlic but when I called the senior, he accepted that it was rotten and asked the staffs to throw these in dustbin. Later fresh leg pieces were served. For main course they alloted us a new place where AC was properly working. When I asked Why at first they allotted us a seat where AC was not working, they could not give any satisfactory reply. But to my surprise, the mutton in main course was also rotten. This time they didn't agreed but I found that they removed the mutton item from the buffet area. Also offered us to serve any mutton item of our choice but we refused. The ambience is good and its spacious. Service was excellent. Dont expect variety of items like Canaught place barbeque nation. Also taste of food is not at per with Canaught place.

At the end Manager requested us not to bring the whole thing in public and not to complain to anywhere so that their their carrier in the field is not spoiled.
