Cinch Restaurant & Lounge Bar — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

To satisfy my cravings, I went to Cinch located at RDC, Ghaziabad last weekend. I was craving something non vegetarian for so many days. So, we laid out hands on everything starting with Murgh or Chicken.

WHAT I GOT ON MY PLATE:-

Murgh Lassani Tikka 🐓 The chicken was very tender and marinated perfectly. The spices and cream used in the making was lip smacking. Definitely, a great appetizer to a great dinner.

Chicken Hawaiian Salad 🥗 I have this thing that I always need salad with the main course. And what better than Chicken salad. It was one of the most delicious and fresh salad I had in a really long time.

Murgh Zindabad Now comes the star of the night, the Main Course chicken dish. I also order butter garlic naan with the dish. It has everything on point; taste, presentation, spices. Super tender and so fulfilling.

AMBIANCE & STAFF:

The place has great ambiance, enough seating capacity to manage your extended extended family. The staff was very polite and is available there on a call.

ANY OTHER THING I WANT TO SAY:

I had non vegetarian meal there but believe me my friend recommended this place who is shudh shakahari. Their vegetarian food is to die for, that what he said.

Went with a group of friends for a party and had a great time and had great food too, we had ordered a table full of dishes, and it was a treat!!! For beverages we ordered a few mocktails 1 Chillly Khus 2 Melon Mint 3 Tom and Jerry(coke float) 4 Mango Soda 5 Virgin Mohito All were classics apart from virgin mohito which was a bit bitter... For starters we had 1 Dahi ke Shole 2 Chicken Lollypop 3 Chilly Chicken 4 Spring roll 5 Chicken Seekh kabab 6 Paneer Tikka 7 Haryali kebab 8Chicken Malai Tikka Again most of them were well cooked apart from chilly chicken which was a bit hard and i did not try haryali kebab on purpose For main course we ordered 1 Kadhai Chicken 2 Chicken Lababdar 3 Chicken Manchurian 4 Chicken Thai Red Curry 5 Dal Makhni And a few veg dishes which i very fondly ignored, Dal was awesome!!! And so was Chicken Lababdar the only dish i did not like was Manchurian as the balls were hard... Rice we had chicken biryani and veg biryanis with a mix of breads...
