Pizza Hut | Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

This could be the worst, pizza hut can get(maybe). It was my third consecutive worst experience. When it was first, i thought it was my bad day. 2nd time, i gave the reason that they were understaffed. But i noticed it carefully that the staff is not interested in properly catering. Food is not the quality it used to be. There is literally no taste in pasta. For pizza, i think they are just making a fool of all the customers., the pizza pan is hot but the cheeze is hard like 5-10 mins kept out and hard. All those who are giving 5 star for this particular outlet maybe have never gone to any outlet in noida or south delhi. Because if they do, they would spit at this outlet for whatever designer bread they disguising it as PIZZA. I wish someone from pizza hut to look at this particular, either to rectify this problem or to let domino's pizza to completely takeover the market. I regret paying so much at this pathetic place. Kindly consider me for refund policy...

Yummmyyyyy.... Its a perfect place to enjoy weekend or to celebrate birthday parties. The thing i like the most is there serving style. They serve in hot plate directly from convection oven with plate to get ready to eat. Due to hot dinning i got burned a little so it is a suggestion to keep your children safe and keep them far from hot plate. In my own review i fonud pizza hut batter than the domino's and i can say this in many of the contexts so if you want to check go in both and then finally check which is batter. For me pizz hut is far batter than other. You can see it in serving style and also in the base of pizza. Dominos says pan pizza is thicker than the norml one and take extra bucks for it but in pizza hut you will find their base of pizza is far thicker than dominos pan pizza even on no extra cost. I loved it... go and enjoy your meal at a best price it is far...

Please forget dining in this place, if you want to dine in you have to wait at the reception to place an order which somehow takes 30 mins. They do not offer water (understand it's covid) however they should have told be to buy some. The staff is overwhelmed with requests, 1 person at the reception to take the order, take payments and handover pizza's. one person to bring the food to your table. I ordered all the food at once, got the pizza first, the appetizers next and the drinks at the end. not sure if the staff is training to process the orders correctly. The icing on the cake was, the appetizers was rotten and the wait staff was aware of it when we complained and they got the fresh ones right after that. Overall skip the dine-in, and order only pizza's for take away. Not recommended for...
