This outlet has undergone a sea change. Parking and approaching the outlet is comfortable n easy. Near n clean , nicely decorated gift packs. A very spacious dinning hall. U just scan QR code from theyour table to order and pay for food or there is a counter one can order. Good ambience, vibe.

Prompt service, well dressed and behaved staff.

Each stuff were nicely cooked, decently plated and served to us. Pocket friendly

I often visit this place for lunch , or dinner or for buying sweets. It is a nice place for family dinning , but now I revise my review that for party purpose bringing 2/3 families or more with children it is not the worth place as I personally felt described below I have deleted my last review after visiting again and finding a LOT OF IMPROVEMENT AND APPRECIABLE PROMPT SERVICE AND BETTER MANAGEMENT AS ALSO DELICIOUS HOT FOOD

Now I wish to modify my review because I visited today along with my relatives ( we were 8).

A lot of improvement has taken place since my last review. They are:

Sitting arrangement has appreciably improved. So please allow me to withdraw my previous review and add stars.

There are plenty of waiters and they were very polite , submissive and rendered fast service.

Within a few minutes of our placing order, drinking water , and hot food, very delicious, hygienic and tasty food were on our table; despite the fact that it was a Sunday evening and there were larege number of customers. There was no waiting for any item. It was amazing. We were satisfied and we were happy that we have dinner and left the restaurant within a very short time.

Added to it, it is a pocket friendly restaurant.

Yesterday evening (23 Aug,25) it was raining ,arround 5.30 pm we visited this preferred place to have some hot snacks and tea. We were delighted to see that hot paneer pakora, kachori, onion kachori, samosa were there. We enjoyed hot paneer pakoras , Samosa and hot tea in kulad (earthen pot), indeed hot, delicious, tasty and the cups of tea was hot. We were three of my family. We are satisfied. I recently visited Bikanervala at Jaipuria Mall, Indirapuram, and it was truly a delightful experience. This place never fails to impress with its wide variety of dishes, amazing hygiene standards, and quick service.

Worst experience ever

I you are thinking of going there for a kitty party, DON'T,it will be the worst mistake of ur life.I went a day before the party to ask some stuff and the manager there told me that thoda time lag sakta hai for grill sandwich only.And we went there on the day of the kitty party and ordered tea and I got the tea in 50 mins and packaged cold drink in 30 mins,the guests were so frustrated, but we kept calm.Then we ordered paneer tikka and idli dhokla(just so you know idli dhokla is not in the menu only,the stuff only knows).Paneer tikka took 40 mins and some pieces were burnt and it tasted VERY plain.Still didn't say anything.Then for main course we ordered onion rava dosa and got masala dosa and it took 1hr to get that and when I asked to ki when it will come they said they can make oy 2 at once(it is such a big franchise and this is the equipment)(also they fought with even I shower them the receipt that we ordered onion rawa and got masaala dosa)Had to ask for tissues and water 10 times atleast and they wouldn't even get it,they would just stand and look and I had to remind them to give it.The Ac was not working and it was so hot and humid.It was pathetic and don't ever think about going here for a...
