Dragon Hut — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I ordered from this place a full meal of Hakka Noodles (freaking flavourless) and they sent me a small box of Noodles, for which I paid Rs. 147/- (full sized meal).

I was still okay with the quantity sent by them, given that the taste would be good enough. After opening the box, I found out: The food had a stench. There were no veggies in the noodles. The food looked tasteless, felt cold and bland. After tasting, I felt like these were the most HORRIBLE and the WORST noodles I have ever had in my entire life. The noodles had no salt, no veggies, and nothing to spice up the taste at all. Not even a freaking fork to eat that. How do I eat it?

I contacted the restaurant and addressed the same concern to the restaurant, to which they said: ‘Hanji, yeh noodles aise hi aate hai, namak bhi nai daalte, aur veggies to humne daali hai, humaare workers keh rahe hai ki aap jhoont bolrahe ho, refund ya kuch nahi hoga’. Even I contacted Zomato Chat Assist for some further help but they simply asked me to write a review and no help is possible.

The WORST: Staff behaviour: That rascal who picked up the call had no other thing to say than, ‘hanji, sorry, hanji, ok’ and one of them started laughing. Hygiene: How were the noodles yellow? I don’t understand. And why was there a stench? Resolution: Apps like Zomato/Swiggy are good for nothing. They don’t know how do they satisfy their customers or probably how to deal with customers. I don’t want their refund, I wanted a replacement and a fair answer to which I was told NO.

Is this how this restaurant treats its customers? They are looting people and providing the worst food possible.

SIMPLE ADVICE TO THE RESTAURANT: Dhandha band karde bhai, tere bas ki nahi hai.

Pathetic food and extremely disgusting behaviour of the restaurant staff . They are using bad quality material whether it is vegetable or chicken . Cheating customer by giving 95% vegetables in a chicken dish

Packing quality is also extremely bad. No branding of restaurant was there

The overall food was leaking when it was received and the inside food was stinking when the box was opened up

When we called the restaurant , after listening to feedback the staff was laughing and denied to give number of any manager or the owner

The worst thing you will end up having at the end of your day is bad food. Seriously AAARGH!! Ordered Seafood Pad Thai Noodles having half cooked Prawns and staled Mushroom, I mean the worst you can have. Overall taste of the noodles was just DON’T ORDER. Worst quality food with high price and low quantity. Chilly Chicken Gravy was good, just the gravy part. Chicken was again staled and bad in taste.
